I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The hotel had good facilities, service and was clean. Location was quiet and safe.

La comodidad de la cama y instalaciones han estado bien.

Cons:

- La hospitalidad del personal no era muy buena. Decian todo que sí y luego la mitad de cosas no las hacían y había que volver a insistir.
- El masaje… mucho que desear, mas masajistas no eran profesionales. Encima pedían propinas y hablaban entre ellas mientras trabajaban.
- Dicen 4 estrellas, pero la televisión es SmartTV, y muchos canales no se ven.
- Pedimos un taxi la noche anterior y nos dijeron que ya al dia siguiente, y lo han pedido y hemos tenido que pedir uno por nuestra cuenta porque no llegaba…

A great place to stay for a luxurious experience
Pros:

The hotel is located conveniently in Ba Dinh area making the old quarter and other parts of the city easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure to always help us with our luggage and accommodating for my partner's tricky dietary requirements. The rooms are spacious with a good layout and the cleaners did an excellent job every time the room was tidied. Plus the rooms are completely soundproof so I had a very restful night's sleep the whole time.

Cons:

Only one small thing was slightly frustrating; the room did not provide proper shampoo or hair conditioner, only bath foam and shower gel, meaning I had to buy my own for the duration of the stay. I also thought that maybe there could have been more variety in the breakfast buffet for long-stay guests, but these are very minor gripes.

Pros:

Bed was really comfortable.
Rooms clean.
Breakfast buffet was decent.
Location of the hotel was in a good location for shopping as two shopping centres close by.

Staff are very nice.

Cons:

Listing says a walk-in shower and a bath, but to shower, you have to get in the bathtub, which is a bit awkward to get in and out of. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Looked at the spa and wellness menu for a treatment, but a few items listed are no longer available. Just felt could be noted.

There was no room service on the day we arrived and weren't told until the time of placing an order.
The only option given was to order from outside the hotel.

清掃の方が良かったのでまあまあかな・・・
Pros:

部屋の清掃がとても丁寧な仕事で気持ち良く過ごせました。清掃のスタッフの笑顔がとてもさわやかでホットしました。

Cons:

バスルタブのシャワーの出が悪いお湯が熱かったりぬるくなったりした。シャワーがバスタブからはねて濡れている
バスタブが高く出入りが怖い。
