liked the stay overall

Cons:

i really liked the stay overall. enough to extend it and rebook again after a stopover in Kanchanaburi. However, the check out really left a bad impression. Demanding extra payment for getting downstairs by 12:30, just a half hour extra is really petty, especially with the fact we had 2 kids and it would have nice to see some compassion. I would understand if there were people waiting to check in, however the hotel was empty and this is off season. I didn't waste my time arguing and just paid but this was a very unprofessional behaviour for an otherwise good stay. You gain nothing other than turn away customers with this behaviour.
