Perfect and tranquil. You feel the Yakushima magic at this property
Pros:

Samana is a special place! I would recommend anyone visiting Yakushima to stay here. You feel the magic of the island at this property. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in everything we wanted to do. The food is exceptional. The onsite onsen is very clean and tranquil. It was also was never crowded and felt exclusive. The property itself is stunning, rooms are very spacious and we had our own private balcony. The 360 deck is quite a treat, especially for sunset. All the staff was absolutely incredible, special shoutout to Yasu who made us feel extra welcome and provided many smiles during our stay! We hope to be back one day.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Samana Hotel and I highly recommend it.
Pros:

Everything was perfect, amazing staff, they treated me very well, beyond expectations. Breakfast and dinner absolutely great.

The staff was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. The photo is a view from our room.
Pros:

The on-sen was delightful and the buffet dinners were surprisingly good. Not a lot of dining options that we found on Yakushima, which made the breakfast and dining options very attractive.

Buffetが充実した内容で大満足です。縄文杉トレッキングに早朝出発の際も朝食、昼食のおにぎりを用意して頂きました。
館内の大浴場の温泉ではお肌がすべすべになりました！
離島で温泉に入れるとは思って無かったのでこのホテルを選択して正解でした。

I want to go back
Pros:

We loved our room which easily accommodated three adults. The staff were so kind and welcoming and the onsen water was the best I've been in. The buffet breakfast was a mix of Japanese and western and both were delicious.

Pros:

La chambre était confortable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. L'onsen et le rotenburo sont biens.

Cons:

La mauvaise surprise du prix du dîner / buffet qui n'a rien d'exceptionnel mais qui coûte 8800 Yens (50€) par personne! Aucun tarif ne figure sur le site internet dans la rubrique dîner, aucun affichage à l'entrée du restaurant. D'autres clients ont déjà signalé ce prix abusif.

整體而言非常推薦！
飯店不是非常大但新穎有質感，房間走日系+北歐風寬敞舒適讓人很放鬆，早餐和晚餐（另購一人8800日圓有live kitchen)都好吃且會更換菜色，另有可看海景的露天溫泉，lobby層有360度terrace可賞夕陽，中秋節看到海上升明月非常漂亮！

飯店服務尤其讓人印象深刻，工作人員都面帶笑容且非常樂於助人，包括我預訂當地bus tour選飯店接送，check in時櫃檯已收到通知並主動提醒明天集合時間，晚餐吃到一半餐廳人員還會主動提醒日落時間，帶我們去terrace看夕陽+拍照，bellman也非常貼心且會認人，check out當天吃早餐時拖著行李，就主動幫我放好，出來等巴士時再幫我拿出來，全程不用我說一句話詢求幫助，還幫家人一起在門口拍照，因Samana Hotel讓我們在屋久島渡過三天兩夜美好的假期～
