Great place, close to food.
Pros:

Reception and house keeping personnel are very fruendly and polite. Rooms are generally clean and tidy. Close to lots of local foods and delicacies. Great place to stay.

Cons:

The rooms are slightly tight and small. There was an ironing board in the room but no iron...?? A bit of an inconvenient that only 1 lift was working.

It was good 🥰
Pros:

the staff, the location is for the win. easy access to supermarket and malls.

Cons:

Oh well i think you know that one thing that you know. Parking access for the hotel. When we got tickets.. and its passes office hours, its bad for us cause we can’t make the payments or just simply back to miri just to pay for the parking. its good when its weekend but not good for the weekdays. We can suggest you to reserve parking for ur customers but extra charges if u can. Then win win situation for u and us. hehe.
