close to miri city.

Cons:

airconditioning not really working. early in the morning, waterpump is not working while my child was shower. i got two strangers approaching me at the hotel, want to get some money, the hotel secuirity not that strong. tv is not working.

Pros:

i like the hotel..just 5 minutes walk to imperial hotel.
the staff are all nice and helpful.
the room are tidy.

Cons:

they didnt provide parking..so you have to buy a parking coupon at the mart next to the hotel.display the coupon inside your car windscreen.
i walk early in the morning to the parking booth to pay my $15Rm (discounted to $6.50rm because i paid early in the morning around 8am)because i didnt display my parking coupon.
the TV not working properly.
didnt have mini fridge.

Pros:

Location near to restaurants, food places, malls and more.

Cons:

We were placed at a smoking floor despite requesting for non-smoking floor. The floor we were in had terrible smoke fumes.
