البار اللي بجانب الفندق كان مزعج جداً سبب لنا ارق ومن الازعاج وعدم وجود مصعد ايضا اثر علينا والغرف فيها ستائر ولكن ضعيفة ولا تحجب ضوء الشمس

The hotel’s location was good and very convenient

Unfortunately, our experience at TS Park Hotel was very disappointing.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised parking. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the parking area was actually located two streets away from the hotel. A staff member accompanied us there and then told us that we had to leave our car keys because they might need to move the vehicle.

We explained that we were not comfortable leaving our keys and asked if we could park the car in a way that would not require it to be moved. Instead of offering a solution, we were told that if we did not want to leave the keys, we should take the car elsewhere and find another parking place.

We also asked who would be responsible if anything was stolen from the car. The staff member told us that the hotel would not be responsible because the parking lot was rented from another business and that the owner of the parking lot would be responsible instead.

What made the situation even more upsetting was the response we received when we expressed our concerns. The staff member said, “Your belongings won’t be stolen. This is not your country,” in a sarcastic tone. We found this comment unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

This interaction left us feeling unwelcome from the very beginning of our stay and significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel.

die deluxe zimmer sehen zwar auf den fotos nett aus, sind aber in echt nicht einmal halb so groß. die zimmer im 3. stock sind sehr hellhörig und der eingang zu unserem zimmer befand sich zwischen den putzutensilien. das personal ist desinteressiert. das frühstück ist sehr enttäuschend.
