Location is great, right in the heart of the booming city. Staff is always ready to help and guide you, if you specifically ask for guidance.

Food could be better, although the dining facility itself is positioned very well on the top floor, with a comfortable terrace.
Rooms need some repair and cleaning.
No elevators. But it's very likely related to the historical nature of the building, not the negligence of the hotel management.

Pros:

Хоч готель не супер новий, але чисто без запаху. Є всі зручності. Смачний сніданок з видом на місто, можна поснідати на терасі. У номері є чайник, чай, водичка, тапки. Безкоштовний паркінг, але не біля самого готелю.

Cons:

На першому поверсі заклади по типу ресторани, бари і в одному з них гучно грала музика до 12 години
