Personal de atención a cliente en restaurante y terraza de cafetería y recepción . Ubicación y amplia y limpia habitación . Que te abran el sofá cama antes de dormir me parece un detallazo para el huésped y más cuando viajas con niños. Hemos ido ya en varias ocasiones y es nuestro hotel de referencia en Isla. .
Por poner un detalle constructivo y en positivo la parte de sauna , gimnasio y jacuzzi se pueden mejorar

Nothing. It was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
The only positive thing is that there was a working fast EV charger right outside the parking garage so we could charge while packing.
The towels smelled of cigarette smoke. One of the beds squeaked so much when one person rolled over that everyone else had trouble falling asleep. The breakfast was lousy and awful. The kids wanted a cup of hot chocolate, but the machine produced a cup of lukewarm brown water. Presumably the machine just needed more chocolate powder, but since the staff didn't understand a single word of English that was impossible to communicate. The coffee tasted like shoe polish. The parking garage was completely dark, with narrow driveway and sharp turns. But at least it was cheap... oh wait, no, it was extremely overpriced, one night for two adults and two kids at about 500EUR, three times what I paid for the following night at a hotel in France.
Stay away. The only scenario where I'll be returning to that hotel is if I'm in an airplane that crashes there.

Hôtel vieillissant. La literie n'est vraiment pas au niveau. Les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées.

Me gusto la ubicación y la comida.
Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas y pésimas. Hay partes del hotel como la zona del jacuzzi, el gimnasio, el garaje que dan pena de como lo tienen de abandonado. Se nota que no hacen mantenimiento de las instalaciones. El garaje está sucio y lleno de trastos. El servicio de limpieza a las 14h de la tarde aún no nos habían hecho la habitación. Y el servicio del hotel una vergüenza, que un hotel de 4 estrellas no te den toallas para la piscina, todos los hoteles que he ido hasta el momento con zona de spa y piscina hasta el momento siempre me han dejado toallas encima de la cama. A parte servicios tan mínimos como la pasta de dientes, tampoco teníamos en nuestra habitación y lo dijimos en recepción pero nada. Un hotel muy arcaico y desatendido. Lo único que esta bien del hotel es el restaurante por su comida y los camareros. No vuelvo más y no lo aconsejo.🤬
La cercanía a la playa
Lo único la moqueta del hotel, lo demás genial.
La ubicación.Centrico,cercano a todos los sitios. Personal encantador.Edificios antiguos pero reformados y se agradecen detalles como el aire acondicionado... Las habitaciones familiares tipo dúplex son una pasada.
Aún hay cosas que aún hay que adaptar. La piscina deja mucho que desear...

El tema del menjar tu portant a la taula i cada dia diferent menú, amb 5 de primer i 5 de segon.

Las instalaciones son completas, piscina, gimnasio, jacuzzi, etc. un poquito desfasadas, pero 100% usables.
Le falta un punto de mantenimiento, tenía unas cortinas rotas y otra que no podía moverse.
El hotel estaba muy limpio cada día.

en la habitación 215 NO funciona correctamente el aire y tiene un montón de ventanas con sol.
Faltan muchos enchufes. No funcionaba WIFI.
El desayuno era básico y de mala calidad con excepción de la fruta.
