Excellent hotel, highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a nice, safe area. Lovely staff, great restaurant.

Cons:

We stayed in a junior suite, and there’s one shared door for the toilet and shower, even though they’re separate rooms. Closing the toilet door leaves the shower open, and closing the shower door leaves the toilet open.

Une erreur d'attribution de chambre à l'arrivée a donné lieu à une insistance de l'accueil pour que nous déménagions après installation. N'ayant pas souhaité changer pour ce séjour de 5 nuits, la situation est restée tendue et la communication absente jusqu'à notre départ. C'est dommage, car le cadre et la propreté sont bien présents, mais ce manque de fluidité a pesé sur notre séjour

Pros:

Struttura molto carina e posizione strategica in un luogo sicuro e protetto dal caos della città.

Cons:

Le camere con pavimenti in legno a listarelli richiedono l’uso diffuso dell’aspirapolvere. Occorre pulire bene le camere che restano sempre al livello minimo di accettazione.
Check in e Check out lenti ed inefficaci. Errori continui, mancati servizi, e poca chiarezza.
