Location and the clean rooms more than anything
Breakfast. For the buffet - when the food runs out from other guests the staff dos not fill up again for other guests to have the same for breakfast.
I liked everything /I arrived the 24th of April by nights around 12.30 or 1 am the receptionist was excellent / available for any request - I was really pleased by the team from housekeeper to reception and restaurant team . I m an hotelier and I had a perfect stay
The pizza was very soft not at my test but it can please other test

It isn’t an actual Hotel, it’s more likely a chalet apartment.
Which i was here on Business Purposes, i made a transfer to Radisson Blu Waterfront the very next day.
Wonderful balconies, cool air-conditioning in rooms, nice food and room service, next to a safe area.
The front desk was incompetent. I checked in in a good mood after a wonderful 7-day trip around Madagascar but it rapidly soured. The front desk lady who checked me in could not speak intelligible English or French. When I asked her to please explain better and speak louder (since I’m hard of hearing and the din from the restaurant right next to front desk was loud) she noticeably looked annoyed. Which annoyed me. I finally had to stop the conversation and just go to the room unhappy. The hotel itself is great with many redeeming qualities but her incompetence became even more annoying when I twice discussed with her transfer service to airport after we would check out. The first time we agreed we’d talk about the xfer the next morning since we weren’t communicating well at all. Next morning after breakfast I told her I did not need a xfer since I arranged our own. Upon checkout with my driver waiting she then informed me I had already booked a transfer charged to the hotel. This would have been nice to know or be reminded of anytime during the 20 hours we were at hotel. Instead we had to wait another 15 minutes figuring out how we could get reimbursed- we never figured it out and we’re still waiting for a refund (which I’m sure we’ll never see). She was ineffective, unfriendly, un-knowledgeable, and frankly not up to standards I expect of Radisson Blu. If I had had time and not had an airplane to catch I’d have sought out a manager and complained directly. Never heard an apology from her. Poorest service ever had at a 4-star hotel. This occurred afternoon of 4 April and morning of 5 April.
