Breakfast was good. Pool was chilly but kids had fun. Hot tub was amazing.

Need more big towels in rooms. Only had 2 women need one for there hair. Need charging ports for phones by bed. Were none. Besides these things nice place to stay.

Clean room . Good breakfast

We had an accessible room but someone that is handicapped needs to try taking a shower in it. It has a chair that goes across the tub which was kind of high to step into but there are LOTS of grab bars so I could do it. The hand held shower head was nice but not quite long enough and nowhere to put it on the wall by the back of the tub where the seat was AND when I went to get some shampoo and conditioner I had to stand up and turn around to get it because they are on the wall kind of high behind me lol The room was spacious and clean so I was pretty happy over all.

This was my second stay here, and all was well. The water pressure/volume is very high, but that also means a lot of waste, as the shower volume can’t be adjusted without affecting temperature. The bed was very firm but comfortable. They accommodated an early check-in as well.

The room was really clean. The food was delicious for breakfast and the front desk manager was really really nice and professional. The hot tub was wonderful.

Didn’t spend much time at the hotel but we were very pleased with our stay. Checked in close to midnight and the guy at the counter was very friendly and offered us choices in where we wanted our room (which floor we preferred and view), the checkout went smoothly, woke up too late for breakfast but coffee was good. The shower was amazing, the water pressure was heavenly! Well definitely be staying here again if we’re ever in the area

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. You’re constantly over talked and not very helpful. I was also over talked in person
not just on the phone. What made it even worse that they allowed a booking that wasn’t under my name to be put through on my card. Then they couldn’t even accommodate me when I did come by the property.
