TUTTO! Pulita, personale cortese, albergo profumato :-)
No provided breakfast but they have food and restaurants on site with reasonable prizes and good staff serving great food .
Crowded /overcrowded pool area. No quieter area.
Drinks prices a little high
Los mejores días 👌🏻
The cleanliness of the entire hotel. The staff everywhere was friendly and welcoming. Brie, the bartender at the water bar by the pool was also so helpful.
The pool was crowded but that was to be expected.
Before you go, check to see the occupancy rate and if day passes are sold at the pool. The hotel and amenities are great, but the crowds at the pool made it impossible to enjoy the experience. We will go back for a little get away, but prefer it in the winter.
Everything!
Wonderful hotel. I wish I could remember the lady's name that checked us in, because she was the absolute best! I could elaborate further, but she was the most helpful of any hotel clerk I've ever met!I
I can't think of anything.
Location , cleanliness, staff is friendly , roof top pool
Parking , valet is expensive 47 dollars a night with in and out privileges. I was told self park was around the corner but cost for in and out .
I want to preface this review by saying that we stayed over a holiday weekend so I’m hoping that what we experienced is not the norm….
The Good
The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and their communication prior to check-in was stellar. We even received a message early on check-in day telling us that our room was ready and we could arrive any time.
The bar areas were pretty cool and the drinks/service were good. The Library was my favorite – super comfortable and a really cozy place to hang out and have a drink in the evening.
The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Great water pressure and the air conditioning kept up even with the record-breaking heat. We opted out of housekeeping, so I can’t comment on that.
The bad and the ugly
The pool. YIKES! It was like the wild, wild west. Do you want to purchase $30 worth of cocktails only to have a 10-year old jackknife into the pool and splash ½ cup of pee water in your drink? Then this is the place for you.
Do you like to quickly dive out of the way because a couple of kids were having an impromptu cannonball competition – You’ve found your spot.
Or perhaps, you want to get in the crossfire of a water gun fight – by all means, stay here.
And while you are at it, join a football toss where someone throws the ball 20 yards across the pool for a diving catch! Yay!
Lastly, make sure to bring your large, non-service dog and let them hang out around the pool deck while you go swimming.
There was no one monitoring the pool while the parents got drunk and the kids ran feral. Evidently, there are also no pool rules because none were enforced. Just a simple no jumping/no diving policy would have made a tremendous difference in the overall enjoyment of the area.
Next time, I’ll go back to Marriott.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-day stay. The staff was super friendly, the on-site restaurants and food were good, the room was very nice and the pool was great!
