Not what I expected. Some good. Some not so good.

Cons:

Could not sleep because the fan on the air could not be run and keep the room cold. Had to put in auto and then outside noise was too loud. The bed covers are awful. Need a real comforter. Pressure in shower head not strong enough to wash my hair and get my facial scrub off. Just wasn’t good in terms of comfort. No microwave.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!
Pros:

So much stuff to do. The atmosphere is incredible. Very clean. Beautiful room!

Cons:

Parking. Paying $47 a day for valet parking or trying to find parking elsewhere. We ended up just paying for the valet.

Spending the weekend at Omni Louisville was the best way to celebrate my best friends birthday and experience deep relax
Pros:

The Omni is a stunning hotel. It’s large and beautiful and has lovely views from the upper floors. The rooftop pool and hot tub are somewhat smaller than expected for such a large hotel, but that’s perhaps due to architectural rules and even still created a really nice space to lounge and relax. The bars, shops, and restaurants on the property are all lovely and serve delicious food and drinks. The staff was all incredibly welcoming and kind.

Cons:

The only thing I felt particularly unhappy with were the bathrooms in the rooms. They didn’t have fans so that bathrooms became saunas. The tubs are also very tall which is nice in theory, but combined with how slick the bottoms were, posed some issues for mobility and accessibility.

I chose to Opt-out to Not receive daily room service ... which Housekeeping came and left nicely folded dirty / stained body towels. The floor was not sticky upon arrival but once I returned to my Unit 557 the floor was sticky.
