Phenomenal, Great for events, Family, or just a stay cation.
Pros:

I had a wonderful hotel experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the overall level of service truly stood out.

I would especially like to acknowledge Christian Tarver, Loyalty Ambassador, for providing exceptional customer service. Christian was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Disappointing
Pros:

I booked all King rooms and when we arrived were advised they only had queen accesibile - the room was not cleaned at all during the stay - unacceptable

The stay was absolutely unforgettable from the luxurious room to the impeccable service
Pros:

I checked into this gorgeous hotel in downtown, and every corner just oozes luxury huge windows, a plush lounge, and the most vibrant city views.

Cons:

and the staff was absolutely phenomenal so attentive, warm, and helpful at every turn. The food was a highlight every meal was a masterpiece, from the exquisite breakfast spread to the elegant evening dining. And the service was top-notch fast, personalized, and really made me feel at home couldn’t have asked for more!

I was very nice.
Pros:

The room overall was excellent, the bathroom was great

Cons:

Better explanation of valet parking would be nice. For my situation, instruction/guidance on self parking would have been better. The valet parking WAS convenient, but I would have preferred to leave my car parked where it was, take my luggage to the car while I attended my daughters event. I explained this but the options I was giving didn't fit my needs very well. I had to have the car brought around to me, then go re-park it myself and pay parking again.

Thoughtful and attentive staff
Pros:

It was beautiful. The staff decorated the room for my fiancé’s birthday. They also curated a gift bag for him and a charcuterie plate for us to enjoy.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were too soft for my liking so I didn’t really sleep much.

The service was absolutely horrible and the staff was unprofessional. We will never stay there again.

Cons:

The staff was rude, unprofessional - our door key didn't work with our daughter trapped in the room. The staff blamed us. Security never came. The phone in the room didn't work either. It was unsafe.
