Overall great place in downtown Louisville.
Pros:

Overall very good and solid location. For the convention center, this is a great choice. The lobby has many benefits and the room was excellent. Appreciated the unique Louisville theming.

Cons:

WIFI was a hassle with their membership requirements and mine never worked with its over-complications. I am at a new location tonight and my WIFI is working fine.
There was a very sad, deformed, and unnerving depiction of the American Flag on floor 11. No one wants artistic angst in a hotel experience.
Downtown Louisville seems to have security in their buildings, but there are consistent challenges on the streets.

Not the greatest experience
Pros:

Overall, the property itself was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job and were consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The spa staff were also excellent and provided great service.

Unfortunately, our arrival experience left much to be desired. The evening front desk staff appeared disorganized and failed to provide the welcome letter that guests are supposed to receive at check-in. In addition, I had originally booked a room with two double beds because other members of our party were arriving later and needed a place to sleep. Without consulting me, I was moved to a room with a single king bed, which created an inconvenience for our group.

There was also an issue with my bill. I was overcharged, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told the credit had been absorbed into the charges. However, after reviewing the itemized statement, it was clear that the credit had not actually been applied. And still till this day I’m out $100.

That said, I would like to recognize the staff member who assisted us at checkout. She was incredibly kind, informative, and professional, and her excellent customer service helped leave a much better final impression than our initial check-in experience.

Enjoyed our stay, but could be better for the price.
Pros:

The location and food options on the property were great, comfortable stay, clean and beautiful room.

Cons:

Parking and wi-fi weren’t included, and several times we weren’t able to get ahold of the front desk. We also asked for towels that were never delivered to our room.

The pool, cocktails, and rooms are fantastic
Pros:

I had a fantastic time celebrating my 40th birthday over the weekend on the bourbon trail. I spent two nights at this charming establishment and the staff was absolutely incredible. I want to give a special shoutout to Jess, the manager, Joe, the bartender in the library, and Shawn, the bellhop. Their exceptional service and attention to detail made my trip truly memorable. We would definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. However, I did notice that the speakeasy and bowling alley are closed on Sundays. Additionally, adding a password to the bowling alley would enhance the overall experience and make it more enjoyable for guests.

The parking garage was rediculous. I came back to the hotel late from a wedding and I had to walk around the block at midnight by myself because there was no entrance directly in the hotel that was open. I did not feel safe. Valet parking was way too expensive.

It was an amazing anniversary and we thank the Omni for making it special for us!
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful! It was our 1st stay here and we were celebrating our 45th anniversary. The hotel was excellent from the moment we pulled up. When we checked in the staff was so pleasant when they greeted us. They told us happy anniversary and called us by name. They upgraded our room which made us feel very special. The room was amazing. The bed was as good as we had at home which made for a great nights sleep. We enjoyed having a great breakfast in our room. We walked around the hotel and checked out all it had to offer. We plan on coming back again next year if not sooner.

Cons:

Being located in the city it was not as quiet as we are used to, but was worth it.

Nice hotel but not enough staff

The hotel is beautiful and is in a good location. We have stayed here many times and enjoy the hotel overall.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this visit was the third time that we have stayed at the Omni where our room was not ready by the 3pm check in time. In addition, I found the fact that they had someone searching bags to enter the pool area pretty strange. Finally, it took over 45 minutes to get our car out of valet. It seems that the hotel is perpetually under staffed which is unfortunate because it is such a nice property.
