Best hotel in Louisville
Pros:

One of my favorite places to stay. So beautiful and the restaurant is amazing and the speakeasy fun - just over all an amazing hotel and we have been coming for over 8 years .

Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable

Anik and Sharón went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay memorable. From the moment we checked in with an upgraded room, to a small gift bag with a personal anniversary card and a box of chocolates. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Our 1st time there and the experience was AMAZING! Everything was beautiful and we loved the rooftop pool and hot tub!
Our room was beautiful. Had a nice view of downtown.
Only thing I didnt like was no parking. You either had to do valet(which we did. You pay 1 flat fee per day and can come and go as you please), find parking on street, or use the public parking garage(i dont think it had a flat fee for daily).
The valet service was amazing as well. We've never done this before and felt helpless because we are so used to getting our bags out of car ourselves and taking our bags to our room. Which they did all of that. So it was well worth the money!

Amazing Experience at Omni Louisville
Pros:

My wife and I visited the Omni Louisville for her birthday. We could not have had a more pleasant experience. Saiko and her team were so accommodating. They were helpful with coordinating the reservations, providing restaurant recommendations, and even let a gift in our upgraded room. Everything was top notch and our only regret was that we did not end up checking out the speakeasy Pin and Proof. We will be recommending the Omni Louisville to all of our friends and will definitely stay there again.

Worth every penny spent!
Pros:

Staff was absolutely the best! Everyone was helpful and friendly. This place had everything you need in one building. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower as well. Valet parking was great too! Honestly I loved everything about this hotel.
