Thoughtful and attentive staff
Pros:

It was beautiful. The staff decorated the room for my fiancé’s birthday. They also curated a gift bag for him and a charcuterie plate for us to enjoy.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were too soft for my liking so I didn’t really sleep much.

The service was absolutely horrible and the staff was unprofessional. We will never stay there again.

Cons:

The staff was rude, unprofessional - our door key didn't work with our daughter trapped in the room. The staff blamed us. Security never came. The phone in the room didn't work either. It was unsafe.

Luxurious, fun, tasty, gorgeous!
Pros:

We had breakfast in the market and it was delicious. We felt like it was a resort property and didn’t even need to leave for anything! Roof top bar and pool was so much fun. It rained and it was still a blast. Staff was so warm, welcoming and kind. The fitness center was superior as well. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel but add ons add up fast
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful with so much to do right in the hotel. Staff was friendly. It was very clean. The rooftop pool was very cool.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they charged for everything. You had to pay to park and even use the internet unless you signed up with their rewards program. They also held $100 per day retainer on our card which we were not expecting. I was excited to bowl at the speakeasy but once we found out it was $150/hr we were very disappointed.
