A true 5 star experience, we were made to feel welcomed the moment we arrived.
The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, housekeeping staff are excellent, keeping the room spotlessly clean!
We tried all the on site restaurants and didn't have a single complaint with any of them, great staff, great food. Danilo at the pool bar is a gentleman, so friendly and welcoming - a credit to the hotel...
In general the way this hotel is run is a true credit to the management.
If we are back in Abu Dhabi, this will be the first hotel I'll check for availability

This property is enormous. It has the feel of a luxury vacation stay that children would enjoy tremendously. It would not really be a couples destination but more of a family vacation destination. The food in the hotel was okay. For those of us that have been pampered by the culinary delights one experiences in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the restaurants in this property will be a let down, other than the breakfast buffet. The kids loved it. My wife and I were fine with it, mainly because of the kids. We would not come here on our own.

Vale parked my car outside and there was stains all over the car after i checked out. Even if i get washed it didnt completely go away. They were not suppossed to park the car outside.

Like fruits and chocolate in the room.

Fridge did not work.

Wir können dieses Hotel auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. Toller Strand, schönes und sauberes Meer, toller Pool mit warmen Wasser, großzügige Zimmer, großes Frühstücksbüffet. Aber vor allem ein großes Dankeschön an das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Speziell an Gagani aus dem Italienischen Restaurant, vielen Dank!
