Exceptional Hotel, Amazing Breakfast Buffet, Across from the Cruise Ship Terminal
Pros:

This is the hotel to stay in when you are in Lisbon - especially if you are arriving by cruise ship. This hotel is located very very close to the Cruise Ship Terminal. The breakfast option is well worth the price - it is exceptional. Staff was so helpful arranging cars and recommending various activities and restaurants. Room was large and the bathroom was beautiful and the entire hotel is clean and quiet. The bonus is that it has two museums within the hotel building which were free and interesting to visit. Do yourself a favor and choose this hotel when in Lisbon.

Nice location close to the attractions but not right in the crowds. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

Whilst restaurant at the hotel is open every night and food is good , the menu is very limited. Better variety would have been a vast improvement

Good hotel, but expensive and very corporate feel.
Pros:

The location is convenient. And the breakfast was great. The pool is nice and sauna. The Turkish bath was broken.

Cons:

It’s sterile and the staff is kinda cold. It just didn’t feel like a boutique hotel where they know and care. Feels corporate. Nothing specifically bad to report.

Great location & quiet.
Pros:

Lovely location near the old town and right by the sea. Interesting museum inside well worth the short tour. The hotel was quiet, clean, spacious, classy could not find fault & the staff were friendly and helpful. First class.
