Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le restaurant, le personnel du Restaurant, le Barman au niveau de l’accueil, certaines personnes très Professionel et d’autres moins .

Cons:

Nous avons pas du tout apprécié, la literie matelas à ressort. et certains personnels de la réception du matin . Et nous trouvons que récupérer la chambre à 15h et beaucoup trop tardive..

Beautiful hotel with excellent service - especially the terrace room. Loved the tour of ruins.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely as expected but the bonus of an archeological talk put it over the top. The location was great and the breakfast, while expensive, was also wonderful. The staff was spot on for food recommendations.

Cons:

We were disappointed that our room wasn't ready until 3pm - but understandable the cleaning needed to be done. The mattress was a bit hard for me but fine for my husband.

Pros:

Établissement extrêmement bien situé, magnifique, confortable, propre et dont le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

Le restaurant, au menu pas très varié et plutôt cher.

Good, solid hotel in a decent area
Pros:

The location was good. The breakfast was very good with eggs made to order and a large buffet. The room inside was clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was really good. Staff were very friendly at the reception and serving breakfast.

Cons:

The main issue, it’s noisy at night time with some dreadful singing going on in a restaurant next door.
The balcony was dirty and the furniture old. A tidy up with some plants in this area would have been good.
The staff seemed sometimes overwhelmed.
On a positive note, while listed at 5 stars, I think with a bit of tlc this could go from a 3.5 to a 4 star hotel in terms of quality.
