Pros:

Emplacement proche de la Place du Commerce donc très central.
Personnel accueillant et souriant.
Petit déjeuner excellent et dîner délicieux.
Chambre spacieuse mais problème pour atteindre le bouton d'ouverture de l'eau de la baignoire (vitre scellée sur le rebord empêchant d'accéder à l'ouverture de l'eau).

Cons:

Nous avions sélectionné cet Hotel à cause notamment de la piscine intérieure mais celle ci n'a été disponible que 2 jours sur 6. Ensuite fermée pour maintenance.
La réception m'a indiqué avoir envoyé un mail pour l'expliquer. Sans doute mais j'ai reçu un mail assez long en portugais. Etait ce celui là ?
Leur ai immédiatement répondu qu'il me l'envoie en anglais mais pas de réponse.

Das Innendesign des Hotels ist sehr schön, unser Zimmer war groß, mit Balkon und sehr komfortabel. Das große Doppelbett war extrem bequem.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um Lissabon zu erkunden.

Super Hotel, wenn Ihnen Spa wichtig ist buchen Sie woanders.
Cons:

Das Hotel war sehr schön, die Lage toll. Das Einzige was ich gar nicht toll fand war die Sparegelung. In den SPA kann man nur, wenn man einen Slot voraus gebucht hat (trotz Zimmerbuchung SPA inklusive). Das heisst man muss genau planen für einen kurzen Abstecher in die Sauna. Das ist nicht unbedingt gut kombinierbar mit dem Hotel- bzw. Stadtaufenthalt, der nicht auf SPA ausgerichtet ist. Beim nächsten Lissabon Trip buche ich aus dem Grund definitiv entweder ein Hotel ohne Spabereich (ist günstiger) oder ein mit SPA, wo ich auch spontan SPA nutzen kann. Ich verstehe dass dies wahrscheinlich so handhabt wird, weil der Bereich nicht so gross ist. Aber ich verstehe es überhaupt nicht, dass man den gesamten Bereich für sich alleine buchen kann (an einem Tag konnten wir nicht rein, weil ein Pärchen für eine bestimmte Zeit den gesamten SPA für sich alleine reserviert hat).

pequeno almoço supera quaisquer expectativas e a localização, para além das vistas, permite chegar a todo o lado sem necessitar de carro o que é ótimo para explorar Lisboa

Struttura molto pulita e ordinata. Staff e servizi al top. La colazione era molto completa e con prodotti di alta qualità. Posizione molto tranquilla e allo stesso tempo in prossimità del centro di Lisbona.
