Pros:

Хороший отель. Очень понравилось расположение в Алфаме. Был великолепный завтрак. Дружелюбный и и приятный персонал. Номер достаточно просторный, так же как и санузел.

Cons:

Свет в номере был очень тусклый. Вода в раковинах долго не уходила, видимо был засор. Уборка добиралась до нашего номера очень поздно, когда мы туда сами возвращались. В итоге, ее приходилось отменять. И кровати! Как можно ставить кровать отдельно от спинки? Если ты сидишь в кровати и упираешься в изголовье, кровать постепенно уезжает вперед и ты валишься в яму.

Pros:

Chambre suffisamment spacieuse, un très grand lit (bien agréable). Petit-déjeuner bien fourni. Piscine, Spa, Gym bien sympa. L'emplacement de l'hôtel avec vue possible sur le fleuve, et juste à coté des petites rues du quartier d'Alfama.
Personnel accueillant et qui parle plusieurs langues (dont le français).

Cons:

Chambre avec vue sur le fleuve, mais aussi avec le bruit des voitures. Si on a le sommeil un peu sensible, mieux vaut prendre une chambre sans la vue.

Pros:

Excelente localização, atendimento de primeira, quarto grande e muito bom. Café da manhã excelente. Dá para ir a pé em muitos lugares e fica na frente do rio. Vista linda.

Elegant and sophisticated, location and food are excellent, rooms excellent but a bot threadbare
Pros:

Great hotel EXCEPT the mattress had to be swapped for a comfortable one AND furnishings are threadbare in a few places, couches in the rooms, chairs in the dining room. Great locations for sightseeing, dinners out and a very sophisticated vibe all round.

Cons:

Chairs in the dining room, couched in the rooms and BEDS were very uncomfortable until they installed a new mattress - which they get high marks for pulling off.

Excellent charming hotel in the center of Lisbon.
Pros:

Large comfortable room with all the expected facilities. Efficient and very friendly staff. Convenient location. Great breakfast. The very well displayed preserved Roman ruins inside the hotel.

Ecellent!! Exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

The hotel is may be 10-15 minutes away from the Airport. We loved everything about this hotel. Our room is clean bed and sheet everything. We didn’t book brekfast included but the receptionist told us we get €5 discount per person in we go through them and we enjoyed the vast variety of their breakfast wonderful experience.

Cons:

As you approached the lobby someone will greet you and collect your luggages from you and bring it to the lobby. While you wait to be checked in they bring you sparkling wine or orange juice. Check in was perfect. Reception is willing to provide you with nearby restaurants and things to do. Walk 5 minutes Lou will be in a shopping street with great food and nice stores

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, a short distance away from the city centre. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (a special mention here of Soraya at reception). The hotel restaurant (which also serves as breakfast venue) serves a good choice for breakfast, including a variety of on order egg dishes. While only a limited menue is on offer for dinner, it provides dinner at what I would call, 'excellent value'.
The bathroom amenities were adequate whereas the bathroom itself was excellent.
I have been to Lisbon several times over the years, stayed in different hotels, but will always stay at this hotel in the future.

Cons:

The lighting system with multiple switches in the room was confusing and too complicated to operate.

Pros:

We had a very nice stay at the Áurea Museum. From the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by Antonio at reception, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to ensure that our anniversary weekend was a special one. The room was spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect for exploring the city, the breakfast options were excellent and we also enjoyed a relaxing visit to the spa. Highly recommended!

Amabilísimos, dispuestos siempre a ayudar. La zona de spa es sencilla pero está fenomenal e impoluta. Probé los masajes y fue también una experiencia muy grata. Veía el mar desde la habitación, una belleza. La habitación de buen tamaño y muy cómoda. Está al lado del puro centro antiguo, en una zona viva llena de Cafés, tiendas e historia.Me he alojado allí en mis últimos dos viajes en Lisboa y me alojaré allí la próxima vez que vaya seguro!
