Beautiful hotel and excellent staff
Pros:

Some of the staff are excellent and go out of their way to help you (Joanna and Antonio). The hotel was impeccably clean and the breakfast was THE BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST I've had in 40 years of travelling. Even though I was there during the Feast of St. Anthony, and the hotel is right next to Alfama, with the double-glazed windows I had a quiet and undisturbed 3 nights. I had a late flight back home and I was able to use the spa shower room to tidy myself up before my flight.

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hätte der Zustand einiger Möbelstücke etwas besser sein können.

super locatie voor onze wensen om de stad te verkennen. personeel was behulpzaam. heel erg verrassend was de aanwezigheid van een archeologische opgraving en het tentoonstellen van de gevonden voorwerpen en een voortreffelijk rondleiding en uitleg gevende archeologe.
