Comfortable and convenient spot at the periphery of the major neighborhoods of interest.
Pros:

Free tour of the museum was superb. Ines is extremely knowledgeable and answered many questions in detail. This is not a typical tour guide overview, but a captivating look through history as revealed by the layers of archeological finds that have been thoughtfully preserved and integrated into the hotel itself. Don't miss this 45 minute free tour offered daily.

Excellent breakfast with healthy options. Free spa and decent fitness room (but needs more than one mat).

Cons:

Nothing major. Spa management seemed a bit weak but the facilities were good.

אנשי צוות אדיבים מאוד
ארוחת בוקר מפנקת ומגוונת
מאוד נהנינו כך שהחלטנו לבטל מלון נוסף שיש לנו בליסבון להמשך הטיול והזמנו שוב את אותו המלון.

Very good for a 4 star hotel, but not what you expect from a 5 star Hotel.
Pros:

Location, size of room, and has a Spa.

Cons:

Understaffed, limited entertainment on the TV / Rooms and unsatisfactory fitness / gym facitilty.
