Luxus direkt am Hafen
Pros:

Lage direkt beim Hafen und am Meer, trotzdem sehr zentral. Hochwertige Ausstattung und ein fabelhaftes Frühstück. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt in der Nähe.

Cons:

Auch wenn es kleinlich wirken mag, aber in einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwarte ich auch funktionierende TV-Programme.

History, comfort and convenience in a single location.
Pros:

It’s a hotel that is part museum! The free guided tour of the ruins was fascinating. The rooms were spacious and spotless and the location is at the bottom of one of many of Lisbon’s hills

it is beautiful and clean property and close to the cathedral!
Pros:

the room was really clean and comfortable. i appreciated the staff's willingness to help my family and i figure out what to do around the area. the hotel is located on the "bottom" of the slope where all the touristy things are, so if you prefer not to have to take some stairs up to the roads by the touristy things, maybe just be careful.

Better hotels for same price in the area.
Pros:

Good location and nice museum inside hotel.

Cons:

Gigantic bathroom yet still somehow super cramped with everything in one corner. Stains and hairs on towels. Breakfast had mold on the fruits.
