The location, the hotel is perfect for enjoying Keswick..
The bedroom was spacious and even had a floor fan in the wardrobe which was needed in this hot weather.

Rooms spacious, bed comfortable, excellent location

Cons:

Advertised as air conditioned by booking.com. did not specify this was only in public areas and not in bedrooms. It was a hot night, and although we had a fan and the windows opened, this was not enough to cool the room temperature

The feel of the hotel was lovely felt very much at home 😁

Cons:

It was sweltering no air con so we got very little sleep
I do know the weather isn't the hotels fault but air con would have made our fabulous few days excellent

An enjoyable two nights.
Pros:

Location, on the main street
Excellent breakfast and had a great meal in the restaurant..
Great service everywhere including the Front Bar.

Cons:

We stayed during a heatwave and could have used air conditioning. In fairness a pillar fan was provided

Good stay. A bit expensive. And air con on the summer is a must.
Pros:

Location. Staff. Breakfast.

Cons:

No air con. It was really hot weather and though hotel gave us a fan it only blew hot air around the room. It was uncomfortably warm.

An absolutely comfortable and relaxing weekend
Pros:

A very professionally run establishment, the rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. The food is exceptional and the staff are so polite and professional.

Cons:

I honestly could not find a fault.
