A comfortable and welcoming stay
Pros:

I loved the accessibility and the location, the secure parking and ability to be with my dog almost everywhere was a major bonus. The staff couldn’t have done more if they’d tried. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Rowdy customers from the bar coming up to bed at all hours of the night and no noise limitation/ quiet hours or a quiet floor. I understand everyone is more welcome to do whatever they’ve come on holiday for but if it were an option I would choose to stay away from this. Especially with a dog who got quite distressed and barked at very loud people in the corridors and banging even while we were within our room.

We stayed five nights and wish that we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

The staff (reception, bar, restaurant, cleaning) was outstanding - attentive and pleasant. The facilities were updated, bright, and cheerful. Great location on the town square with a view of the surrounding hills.
