Great stay in amazing location. Will be my go to location in Keswick!
Pros:

Great location, great breakfast, lovely room, friendly staff. Also, a good value for how posh it was!

Cons:

Room didn’t have temperature control. The room was too warm for us at night so my husband opened the window. Unfortunately, both nights, we had a pigeon fly into the room, so that was a downside.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location but rooms are tired.
Pros:

food in the restaurant was exceptional, Staff were fabulous, very attentive and efficient.

Cons:

room servicing needs to happen earlier, ours was 3.30pm, and bathroom bin wasnt emptied.
We reported to reception that the net curtains were filthy, so matted that they wouldnt close properly. there were also holes in the main curtains and a bad joint in the carpet, leaving a gap. No hot water on the morning we were leaving.
All of the above was reported to reception upon checking out.
