disappointing for what you pay

rooms okay

Cons:

check-in experience very poor ....no parking and miss leading how far hotel car parking is ....also you can buy a discounted parking ticket but no guarantee there is space to park! sell you a ticket and no space! breakfast nice but not generous for what you pay.

Perfect stay in Keswick.
Pros:

Perfect to be honest. Clean. Comfy beds - slept like a log! Parking available. Lovely hot shower. Delicious restaurant food. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location.
Stayed here for the Keswick Book Festival and it was a great find. Will be back next year!

Everything was spot on.

Excellent hotel for location and food excellent
Pros:

The location is on the high street the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices the staff are attentive and very helpful

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the lift it sounded a little bit unsteady and creaky

Pros:

Very modern and well laid out. Staff friendly and clean rooms. Breakfast good. All round good.

Cons:

Door closers on rooms need adjusting - loud bang on self closing sends a shudder throughout the floor at times.

Best dog friendly hotel I’ve stayed in!
Pros:

The staff were so helpful - it was our first holiday away with our new dog and they were all helping us to settle her down. There was a market on the Saturday and it was literally on our doorstep which was a pleasant surprise.

You make the best of what is offered
Pros:

Location: rest pretty average for the cost; Good duo at NYE but not appropriate for NY

Cons:

They broke my case as they brought from my 3rd floor room ( lift not working) to the garage.Complained but they denied liability. Requested passed to CEO but no response.. very poor to my mind

Pros:

Nicely appointed rooms, as was the hotel in general. All the staff were extremely polite, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable in their respective areas. Breakfast was excellent and dinner in the restaurant was even better.
