We really liked the location and the way how the host handled check-in/out but there were a couple of things we didn
Pros:

Location and general interior/facilities

Cons:

A few dirty spots, not really comfortable bed, thin walls and not enough space in the bathroom. Plus I assume the electric kettle hadn’t been cleaned for a long time cuz it had a lot of scale.

Die Lage ist super und der Self-Check in problemlos. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und nett eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Betten sind super weich und das Laken geht nicht über die ganze Matratze, was ich etwas eklig finde. Desweiteren waren auf dem Bett und auch im Bad viele kurze schwarze Haare, die definitiv nicht zu mir gehören. Die Wände sind super dünn und das Zimmer entsprechend hellhörig.

Perfect
Pros:

Super cheap and such an amazing property! The room was clean and comfortable and it was under five minutes to walk to the main centre of Tallinn. The owner was kind and responsibe and even helped when I asked how to get to a location nearby. I was sad to leave Godart Guesthouse.

Best guesthouse
Pros:

Delightful guesthouse. The host was so kind and friendly and the rooms were super clean and aesthetic. I loved my stay and its so close to everything in Talinn. Thank you!

Pros:

Расположение великолепное - прямо в центре Старого города, недалеко Центральная площадь, множество кафе и ресторанов. В 5 минутах езды на такси от терминала парома. От автовокзала на такси я добралась где-то за 10-15 минут. Большая и просторная комната на 3 этаже. Был чайник и пакетики для чая. Понравилось также, что достаточно быстро и без проблем я получила коды для доступа в дом и в комнату.

Cons:

Из минусов - сложность в поиске входа. Вывеска с названием маленькая и не заметная. Как пишут многие люди-слышимость внутри ужасная. Я На третьем этаже слышала, как разговаривают и кашляют соседи внизу. Лампочка в туалете над зеркалом не работает, а над диваном постоянно мигает. Простынь была собрана из двух маленьких простыней, что было неудобным. Чайные пакетики заканчивались и был только красный чай. Тащить чемодан на третий этаж тоже было не очень комфортно.

Pros:

A room in the historical centre of Tallinn. It had all things needed for a short stay 👍🏻 Clean and comfortable

Cons:

My room was the closest to the front door, so sometimes I would hear people coming in and out. I didn’t bother me though, but for some it might be a drawback
