Second time staying at Lodore Falls. The location is perfect with stunning views. Breakfast was great, paid extra for this to be in the room and was very happy with what was served. The pan Asian restaurant was fantastic. Food is incredible and really enjoyed our evening there.
Spa felt a bit too busy/chaotic - we did go for an evening slot and not sure the rain helped but wasn’t as relaxing as last time I visited.
Room was snug but clean and had everything we needed.
WiFi was definitely patchy but didn’t need too much.
We come here every year for our birthdays for the past 3 years as our birthdays are a week apart. We love this place and one day potentially would like to get married here (my partners father got married here a few years ago)
We got the charticure board and it was definitely not worth £21.
Really good , staff very helpful and nice and clean with good facilities
Wow .. where do I start ?!

Pool hotel and staff
The location, staff, comfort and food..its very good for Coeliacs and nothing was too much trouble.
Unfortunately the weather.
Room was beautiful, clean and great location! Stunning views. Bed super comfy. Would definitely stay again.
Couldn’t pick a fault

The bedroom was a bit too hot.
Spa was excellent

We were very impressed with the cleanlinless of the whole hotel, the public areas and the bedrooms. We were delighted with the service from Ram in the Brasserie for our afternoon tea, she really made a fuss of my mother who was celebrating her 80th birthday and went out of her way to accommodate 2 members of the family who have coeliac disease. The staff throughout were courteous and polite. The spa faciitlies are 2nd to none
Breakfast was the only thing that left a slight negative on what would otherwise be a perfect weekend. The 2 coeliac members of our party were limited to what they could have. Some foods that are usually considered gluten free were labelled as containing gluten such as bacon, cornflakes and rice krispies. There was no sausage or bread either, so they were unable to have the full English that they had wanted. I appreciate that you need to be able to accommodate a lot of people in the spa but 2 hours went over far too quickly.
The food was exceptional, the staff were great & the spa was the best we have used.
