The stay was forced upon us due to our over 12 hour layover.

Pros:

Almost exactly what you expect from a transit hotel. Staff super nice, super helpful (they even engaged, making sure we are aware of the distance to our departure gate so we won't miss the flight), and the rooms were very clean.

Cons:

A bit on the expensive side for what you get. Very [VERY] small rooms. I was missing basic toiletries I expected from a transit hotel (at least a tooth brush and paste). A bit on the far side of the terminal.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr feundlich.

Cons:

Die Beschreibung war sehr schlecht. Wir wußten nicht, dass das Hotel im Transitbereich des Flughafens liegt und man durch die Passkontrolle muss, um es zu erreichen. Das Doppelbett war direkt an der Wand, d.h. der Hintenliegende mußte immer über den vorne Liegenden steigen. Der Preis ist u.E. für diese kleine Fensterläden Zelle nicht gerechtfertigt.

I wish every major airport had this hotel
Pros:

Absolutely genius set-up - small room, everything you need, great sleep, right next to the departure gates. Saved so much time getting to and from another hotel. Ultra clean.

Cons:

The check in time was so late I could not use the hotel. Even though I canceled immediately my refund request was denied. I will dispute the charge.

Very convenient stay
Pros:

Convenient for a flight transfer and spend a comfortable night. Very quiet. Staff very nice and helpful. Body wash, shampoo and lotion were available in the room.
There is filtered cold and hot water available at the reception and some tea bags, it was very welcoming!

Cons:

I chose the room without window so obviously it felt a bit tiny when I woke up in the morning. otherwise, I would mention the price that was a bit expensive for the small room. But this is if I try to find what I did not like.

Excellent solution for a long lay over between connecting flights.
Pros:

It was perfectly located in the transit area so I did not have to exit the airport or go through the controls again in the morning when I went to board my connecting flight. The room was comfortable, had a window and was sound proof although it was next to the runway. I had my own shower facilities, toilet and washbasin, as well as power sockets (including USB socket) and a small desk/ work area with a chair and a directional desk lamp.

Cons:

I had to be there before 20:00 to be able to check in and my flight arrived at B gate shortly after 19:00 but the transfer to gate Z took 30 minutes.

Cons:

No obtuve ayuda ni por la app ni por teléfono , es absurdo que no tengan personal que maneje idiomas como español. No pude acceder a las instalaciones y tuve que pasar la noche en el aeropuerto por su pésima atención .
