Great location & food.Room to be better maintained & clients told of low ceiling beams on 2nd floor.
Pros:

The location was ideal and the restaurant was wonderful. The ambiance was excellent and the food was delicious.

Cons:

The room itself has low ceiling beams so it was easy to hit your head if you were not super careful. Also the TV was hung at an odd angle that stuck out of the corner of the room and was another potential hazard. Additionally, the shower doors were broken did not stay on their sliding track. The shower handle had a leak so that water sprayed everywhere.

Pros:

A solid standard for a 3-star hotel, though it would benefit from renovation. The staff is polite, and the beds are comfortable. Location in Rolle city center

Cons:

The rooms were quite warm in May, and actually it was difficult to sleep with windows open due to the street noise. The breakfast selection was very limited.

A quirky and well presented place with quiet and clean rooms. Loved staying there.
Pros:

Each room has its own character and was quirky in some ways. Everything was clean and well presented. View of the lake was amazing. Food in the hotel or plenty to choose down the street. Staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Loved every minute!

Cons:

Nothing, it was lovely!

Excellent hotel in a great location. Superb staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good: usual self-service buffet. Location superb, right by the lakeside. Staff were especially helpful and welcoming. The bedroom was huge.

Cons:

Car parking was a bit of a fiddle.

Bien situé et personnel très sympathique
Pros:

Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé proche du lac et les chambres sont très confortables.

Cons:

Lors du rush au petit-déjeuner, quand il y a beaucoup de monde, il arrive parfois qu'il manque tout en même temps : eau chaude, pain, café, etc.

Un grand merci à Françoise pour son accueil chaleureux et à Nicolas pour sa réactivité. Le cadre est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et les propriétaires sont très conviviaux.

Loin de l’hospitalité suisse !
Pros:

Hôtel situé à proximité du lac. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et tranquilles.

Cons:

Gérante très désagréable et qui a voulu nous faire payer un supplément pour le chien, compris dans l’offre de prix, et surtout parce que nous étions deux alors même que nous avions réservé pour deux !!! Supplément aussi pour stationner dans la rue devant l’hôtel…
La chambre donnait par ailleurs sur la sortie des hottes de la cuisine d’où du bruit et surtout des odeurs désagréables.
Articles de toilette limités à un distributeur de savon liquide. Pas de mouchoirs en papier dans la boite prévue
