Best accomodation for city exploring travelers
Pros:

Good location for reaching most city attractions, with bus stops to and from the train station, malls, the Mamaia Beach coast, the Vacation Village amusement park and the seaport of Constanta with the famous Casino palace close by. Suited for city exploring mostly.

Cons:

The bathroom contains an unnecessary bathtub that makes the floor very wet when showering, the drapes are useless in containing water inside the bathtub, no proper way to eliminate steam because the ventilation isn't working and the window is practically sealed. Also the toilet seat cover is slippery, once you are on it slips on sides. The elevator goes to the 1st floor only, afterwards you must go up the stairs if your room is at the 2nd floor or above.

A restorative quick stop in Constanţa
Pros:

Constanţa was only a short stop on my way to Bucharest from Balchik, but it was a breath of fresh air to meet helpful front desk staff and to be given a large bedroom. The breakfast was also very good.

Top Hotel an sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Grosses, sauberes Zimmer
Sehr schönes Bad
Geschmackvoll eingerichtet
Privatparkplatz vor der Hoteltür

Cons:

An einer recht befahrenen Kreuzung mit entsprechendem Lärm
Frühstücksangebot ist noch Verbesserungsfähig (frisches Brot, Gebäck, Früchtejogurt etc.)

Good experience overall
Pros:

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only issue was the lack of power outlets. There were very few sockets in the room, and no outlet next to the bed. If you wanted to charge both your laptop and phone, you would had to unplug the TV in order to charge two devices at the same time. More accessible outlets would greatly improve the guest experience.

Pros:

Curățenie, patul confortabil, baie elegantă, cameră destul de mare cu balcon.

Cons:

Poziția camerei era la stradă, o zonă intens circulata și timpul de eliberare a camerei a fost destul de mare, după ora 15.

Recomand doar dacă doriți să explorați Constanța
Pros:

De la recepția hotelului ne-a sunat să venim pentru check-in în jurul orei 14 după ce camera a fost curățată și dezinfectată. Interiorul este plăcut old style, camere mari spațioase,pat matrimonial moale și perne care te relaxează. Aer condiționat nou,tv led și pornire curent pe bază de card.

Cons:

Cada și acele recipiente prinse în perete cu șampon&gel de duș, săpun lichid, etc. Lipsa balcon și spații de parcare. Micul dejun bogat,dar aceleași produse ca peste tot(cabanos prăjit, crenvurști, șuncă, ouă,etc.), frigider mic plin cu produse scumpe (8 lei apa plată/500 ml). Distanța foarte mare față de plaja modern.
