Pros:

Es hat uns ganz gut gefallen. Gute, ruhige Lage, mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten zur U-Bahnstation. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut, Olivenöl noch besser.

Outstanding hotel room in a convenient and safe area
Pros:

The hotel was lovely. The bed was super comfortable. The room exceeded expectations. All staff was professional and friendly. The location was outside of Sevilla so that helped with driving anxiety. There was a very nice restaurant steps away from the hotel's front door. It felt safe. Breakfast was included and had good options. The room itself was absolutely modern and beautifully designed. Only a few rooms in the hotel so it felt intimate. If I am ever in the area, I would choose to stay here again and again. I will also recommend it to anyone who wants to stay nearby but outside of Sevilla.

Cons:

Parking instructions and parking availability was unclear. One would either park between the two gates or circle an entire gated neighborhood to get to the other side of the street for additional parking. It was pretty full when we got there. And when an advertisement states parking is available, I expect the parking to be on premises and not that I would have to drive around looking for a parking space off premises. After driving in circles in Sevilla for hours and then nixing my Airbnb to come here instead because...parking. I had to deal with more issues but we eventually found a space in front of the hotel when someone left, presumably from the nearby restaurant. So just be aware of the fact that you have shared-on-the-street parking in front hotel and restaurant and can not park in the neighborhood.

It was odd that to turn on lights you had to insert the room key into a slot inside the room and keep it there. I just never experienced that before and it was not explained by the front desk staff so we had to go bring her back to the room with us to show us which she did graciously. This was a rather minor inconvenience.

Praktische Unterkunft für Besichtigungen von Sevilla, da man mit der Metro bis ins Stadtzentrum fahren kann.
Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, auch die Terrasse - mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie Liegestühlen. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und sehr liebevoll zusammengestellt und betreut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr rudimentär.

Schönes Hotel mit tollen Frühstück
Pros:

Bequeme Betten, tolles Frühstück, sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Bis zur Metro/Bus sehr weit, wir sind mit dem Auto gefahren. Leider wurde unser Mietwagen am Park&Ride aufgebrochen. Kann das Hotel nichts dafür, soll nur ein Hinweis für Reisende sein, die nach Sevilla ins Zentrum wollen. Hotelshuttle zur Metro wäre sicherlich eine klasse Sache ;-)
Pool hätte auch schon im April offen sein können, warm war's...

Teníamos un torneo en el Real Club de Golf de Sevilla y la ubicación es inmejorable. La habitación muy cómoda, así como las camas.

Buen hotel pero costes extra excesivos
Pros:

El olor del hotel, el diseño, el personal

Cons:

40€ por cargar el coche eléctrico sin importar si lo cargas 10 minutos o 10 horas es una barbaridad. Que cobren por kWh cargado en lugar de 40€ fijos cargues lo que cargues.

Además, 10€ por pedir cuna también lo veo innecesario teniendo en cuenta que la mayoría de hoteles la dejan gratis.
