Pros:

Rooms were amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. They provided advices on how to deal with fake cab driver. Hotel is well located, most of things to do are within 1.5km which is doable on foot. Parking is easy of access but limited.

Meget bra hotell! Fantastisk service og alle som jobber der er superhyggelige. Fint lite basseng. Store rene rom med balkong. Mange barer og restauranter rett utenfor. Ca 2 km inn til sentrum, men likte området der hotellet ligger bedre.
Frokost og mat er bare ok.

Basic Hotel NOT a 5* Hotel. How can a 11 roomed hotel be 5*?
Dinner: Bread and salad arrived. 1 minute later, the soup arrived. 2 minutes later the main course arrived - VERY efficient! Basic Hotel NOT a 5* Hotel. How can a 11 roomed hotel be 5*?

Asking Hotel staff about tours, received blank stares: they knew nothing of what went on in the centre of Tirana.
Last day, had to leave at 7:30 hours. Breakfast doesn't start until 08:00 hours they said - NOTHING even though this was INCLUDED in the price. 11 days was too long.
Reminder to EU citizens: don't phone Albania for shuttle service as this could cost £2/min! In fact it's a taxi - and it's not a free shuttle service!

Great location in a peaceful corner of the city.
Pros:

We had a really nce stay for five days / four nights. The hotel is cosy and with a high standard on everything. This is a place we may come back to, as soon as we can.
