Pros:

Posizione ottima, camera famigliare grande e confortevole. Offre una colazione varia sia dolce che salata. Bagno spazioso e ben tenuto. Presente aria condizionata (solo in una parte della camera) ma se si tengono aperte le finestre di notte non è necessaria.

Cons:

Una volta abbiamo trovato una blatta morta e dopo che la camera è stata pulita era ancora lì. Per il resto però bene.

The breakfast was amazing, great location to watch balloons in the morning.

Cons:

Was quite noisy with lots of kids shouting, but it was school holidays. The A.C leaked one day on our bed, but we got new sheets and cleaned it up.

Местоположение отличное, рядом с центром и в пешей доступности обзорная площадка, с которой видно полеты шаров. Завтрак хороший и разнообразный ( не такой большой ассортимент как в отелях на побережье, но есть из чего выбрать), голодными не останетесь точно.

Cons:

Неудобная душевая - лейка только сверху, несмотря на двери пол мокрый в половине комнаты, держатель для туалетной бумаги сломан, в целом мелочи типа мусорных ведер пора заменить

Pros:

Everything was perfect. Wonderful and very helpful staff! Very nice room and big comfortable bathroom. Beautiful space and terraces. Great breakfasts. Amazing location. I would be always happy to come back when I'm in Cappadocia. Thank you

The hotel is in a very good location, right in the center of Göreme, making it very convenient to get around and visit the main attractions. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention the reception staff, who were incredibly kind and professional.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved to make the overall guest experience more comfortable:

1. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite basic, with a very limited selection of food. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the breakfast. A more varied selection of dishes and better-quality options would be a significant improvement.
2. Toiletries: The room did not provide basic toiletries such as soap, hair conditioner, cotton swabs, and other essential hygiene products.
3. Hairdryer: The handle of the hairdryer was broken and kept folding while in use, which made it difficult and inconvenient to use.
4. Bathroom: The bathroom would benefit from some renovation and maintenance. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were not functioning properly, and the shower door did not close securely.
5. Coffee and tea: The coffee and tea provided in the room were quite low in quality. The coffee in particular was not enjoyable, so I had to buy coffee from a nearby shop instead.

Overall, these are relatively small issues, but addressing them would significantly improve the quality and comfort of the stay.
