Hotel was spotless clean. Really comfortable home like rooms. Very warm and friendly staff and environment. Felt like we were staying in our own home- so comfortable. 5 minute walk from bus station and restaurants/shops. Amazing location. Balloon watching from terrace is a must and the panoramic view was great

Кто в отзывах пишет что все хорошо,не знаю что хорошего они нашли тут. Старый холодный номер,завтраки ужасные в тарелке приносят в номер не удобно. Дверь в ванной не закрывалась,кровать скрипела.

可能是酒店比较有年代的原因，感觉很一般。没有那些新开的酒店体验好。不要抱有幻想，仅仅适合晚上睡一觉
淡季酒店的餐厅没开，早餐是送到房间。看着对面酒店的客人在酒店顶楼平台餐厅用餐，感觉一家人像个乞丐。

A lit bit better room quality
The room is clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is luxury and delivered to room! The roottop view is amazing! Walkable distance to the Groeme center for food and shops etc.

the tables at the terrace were not clean and the breakfast trays stayed there which attracted birds

Buena ubicación, vistas privilegiadas para ver los valles y los globos. Desayuno variado y abundante. Personal amable, la mayoría hablaban inglés. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Tiene varias terrazas con sofás y magnificas vistas
El tamaño de la habitación era justito. El baño estaba poco iluminado y los chorritos de la ducha salían en todas direcciones, de hecho se mojaba todo el baño cada que que nos duchabamos.
