I loved that they gave us alternative rooms when we asked to be in the central building, after they had given us rooms in another building far away.
I loved breakfast even though it was the same every day.
I loved that the pool was large and had bartender service.

Cons:

Luxury hotels used to provide more equipment such as a bath sponge, toothbrush and toothpaste without us asking.
The food at lunch and dinner was acceptable, but it was repeated every day.
Some days there was a loud and annoying noise due to excavation and renovation work at the hotel.
They made a mistake with us in the bill when paying for the hotel, as they asked for a larger amount than what was shown on Booking. When we checked with them about the bill, they returned the extra money they had taken.
The place is far from the center and not lively at all. We once asked them to call us a taxi, and we had to wait 40 minutes until one arrived.
The offer was all-inclusive and based on that we booked the hotel, but it turned out that it did not include all drinks as it was supposed to, only soft drinks were allowed. We had to pay for drinks such as milkshakes, lemonades, and mojitos.
The pool is large, but there is no water park or any facilities suitable for children.
