Pros:

They give you pijamas for kids and they give you tickets for Disneyland. Breakfast was only 2k yens for adult and 1k for kids. The rooms were nice and the hot water super good pressure and great.

Family room, clean and enough space. Staff friendly and welcoming. Great shuttle service to Disney World and DisneySea.Good having laundry available on each floor and small convenience store in hotel. Adjacent to park and walking track along Tokyo Bay. Walking distance to shopping mall.

チェックイン時の説明が丁寧で分かりやすい。
初めて利用したが、特に不便はなかった。
またパンフレットも渡されるため、そこでも施設の利用方法を確認できる。
無料のシャトルバスの時刻表も渡されるのでこちらで調べる必要がないのはすごく助かる。

初めて利用させていただきました。
久しぶりの東京ディズニーで分からないことが多く、3世代での旅行で、いろいろ聞きたいことなどありましたが、あまり親切・丁寧って感じではなかったですね・・・。

施設は可愛くて、ロビーでも写真等撮ったりできます。ただ、部屋はとても狭く、窮屈な感じでした。素泊まりで、ランド・シーを楽しむためって割り切ればいいのかもれません。

１名車椅子利用者で、5名宿泊だったため室内のスペースがかなりギリギリでした。トイレとバスも小ぶりで車椅子利用者と大人数には不向きな設備でした。
ただ、清潔感とディズニー提携のため可愛らしく、お洒落なホテルです。

朝食の際、子どもたちとの些細な会話から、子どもたちの名前を書いたシールをプレゼントしていただいた。子どもたちもとても喜んでいて、とてもステキな心遣いだった。
またぜひ泊まりに行きたいと思う。
