Accoglienza e professionalità: si vede che Mauro e il suo staff "hanno tanto mestiere" ed il risultato è che l'ostpite si sente "coccolato" ben oltre quello che t'aspetteresti in una piccola struttura a conduzione famigliare.
Esempio: un piccolo fiore ha accolto i miei genitori che festeggiavano l'anniversario di matrimonio...gesto non dovuto ma apprezzatissimo!

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and caring throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home.

There is a great pizzeria nearby that is definitely worth visiting for dinner, and a beautiful lake within walking distance. The surroundings are truly stunning and create a peaceful setting for a relaxing stay.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We particularly appreciated the excellent selection of gluten-free products.
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank the gentleman at the reception, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.
The hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide choice of dishes and something to suit every taste.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a beautiful and quiet location. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near Lake Terlago.

الموقع رائع جدا خصوصا للاستجمام والهدوء وصاحب الفندق مارلو شخص متعاون جدا وبشوش. ويوجد بجانب الفندق مطعم لشخص مغربي يقوم هو وعائلته بالعمل فيه واكلهم لذيذ انصح كل من يقيم بالفندق بتجربة هذا المطعم

Sehr gutes Restaurant anbei, schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal

Das Hotelzimmer hatte ein sehr bequemes Bett, das Bad war groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal war überaus freundlich und das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und sehr gut.

Uns hat die Unterkunft außerordentlich gut gefallen, da sie sehr gepflegt ist und einem ein richtiges Wohlfühlgefühl vermittelt

Eigenaar is 66 jaar hij helpt je met alles wat je vragen ongelooflijk . De motor mochten in de garage box parkeren zeker nog en keer terug dikke 10 sterren

La struttura bella, silenziosa e pulita. La cortesia del personale veramente eccezionale. Tutti i giorni ci veniva riempito il mini frigo di 4 bottigliette di acqua. Colazione buonissima. Vista lago. La posizione sul lago di Terlago molto comoda per raggiungere altre località. Siamo stati veramente bene.
