Pros:

C'est un établissement que je ne recommanderai pas, le prix est trop élevé pour ce que c'est. Trop de nuisance sonore toute la nuit.

Not clean, no ocean view, no accessible by car
Pros:

The place is not clean, maybe I got unlucky as the overall rating for this hotel is not terrible, but when the guy turned on the AC 3 cockroaches came flying on top of the bed with pieces of others, he had to swipe the floor and change the bed, during the night I could hear noise from inside the AC. There is no ocean view and the streets are under construction, there is no way to get there by car, you will have to walk 10 minutes in a dirt road carrying your luggage. I do not recommend this hotel, get the one right by it, it was much nicer, same price. Also, I asked Expedia to call the hotel and ask for my second night to be cancelled but the owner did not accept, they just do not care. Expedia was of no help at all.
