Important information:

Please inform Sonder Santa Ana in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

There are no ovens in any of the studio or one bedroom apartments. This building is located on a busy street and is prone to noise from Thursday to Sunday. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

Good location and clean but noisy
Pros:

Central location, clean.

Cons:

The confusion over payment meant I didnt get my access code and had to wait at the property over an hour. Another guest had the same problem. It seems the company is having technical issues. I've never experienced anything like this before. The other issue I experienced was the rave that went on until 4am somewhere in the vicinity. They need to invest in sound proofing. Awkward as i had to get a taxi to the airport at 6am...

Apartamento completo y nuevo, bien ubicado. Repetiremos!
Pros:

Ubicación y limpieza. Todo nuevo, casi a estrenar: 2 smartTV, cocina completa con cafetera Nespresso, tetera, tostadora grande, nevera, lavadora, plancha y tabla. Baño con ducha y toallas fantásticas, secador potente y bien iluminado. Dejaron unas cápsulas de café, infusiones, azúcar, sal, etc. Carrefour en la puerta.

Cons:

Fallaba la cerradura. El edredón muy gordo, las almohadas muy grandes y duras, pero eso va por gustos

Pros:

Ubicacion , muy buena. El apart es tal cual la foto.

El personal físico, q estaba alli, muy amable.
El personal telemático o contacto on line, erróneo. Claves enviadas incompletas, etc .
Supongo q estarían en pruebas. La idea de la autogestión es buena, práctica, con mas ventajas para el empresario, q para uno . Demoré mucho para ingresar, pare renovar una noche más y para la corrección de las claves, q están sin el numeral. ( faltaba una parte , en ambas oportunidades

Pros:

La estancia en lime home fue extraordinaria. La ubicación del departamento es excelente cerca La plaza del sol, restorantes. El personal que estaba durante el día fue muy amable y siempre preocupados por nuestra estadía, nos brindaron información sobre algunas atracciones y ciudades cercanas. El departamento estaba muy bien decorado super completo, nos recibieron con cápsulas de café y también con discos para lavar la ropa. Super recomendable, a gendarmes nuestra próxima visita a Madrid con lime home.

Przestronny apartament 55m. Wygodne łóżka. Centrum. Sklep obok.

Od samego początku problem z meldowaniem, brak pełnych kodów, rzekomy brak płatności. Przerzucanie między booking a własną platformą limehome. Obsługa nie potrafiła pomóc kierowala wyłącznie do kontaktu z ogólnym zespołem pomocy dla przez e-mail. Chłodno w apartamencie, klimatyzacja nie działa tak jak powinna. Widok? Na zsyp: nie to było gwarantowane w przy tej ofercie. Do środka nocy okropny hałas, krzyki; muzyka na full i trzaskanie talerzami. - na pobyt z dzieckiem totalnie odradzam to miejsce. To nie była kwestia centrum i hałasu. Mały blat w kuchni nie da się nic robić, brak suszarki na naczynia, zmywarki. 4 kapsułki kawy na tydzień pobytu, dla 2 osób. Internet - DRAMAT niby połączenie jest ale nic nie działa co skutkowało nawet brakiem filmów na tv. Kanały nie zsynchronizowane. Zasięgu brak - ze względu na te zsypy za oknami, brak wglądu nawet w pogodę za oknem

Pros:

Extrem gute Lage! Man kann sehr viele Dinge fußläufig erreichen und erkunden, z. B. den Königspalast, die Markthalle, die Metro, die Fußgängerzonen. Unterkunft liegt in einer belebten Umgebung. Lage ist Top! Außerdem ein super unkompliziertes Check-In-Verfahren, alles digital, sehr gut!

Cons:

Man der Unterkunft angemerkt, dass es die Zimmer schon von vielen genutzt wurden;). Sauberkeit war oberflächlich okay, jedoch hier und da hat man gesehen, dass sie sich mehr Mühe geben könnten.

we made our own breakfast - great kitchen facilities for that. Location was perfect.

Should have explained that entry code needed to input quickly. Windows with a view would have been a bonus, but we liked that it was quiet from not being on the street.

I appreciated the washing machine and having a refrigerator. The shower worked well.
