great location and very clean
Pros:

clean and centrally located

Cons:

the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone in the next room and across courtyard

an alarm went off in the hallway at 11pm and it took almost 2 hours for them to resolve it
not to mention it took quite a bit of time and a number of different text exchanges through auto text responses to
finally get to to a human and get them to address the matter

later that night at 4am there was some kind of argument and people trying to get into the room next door
i had to go out twice - so we essentially got about two hours of sleep that night

lastly the elevator door on the 4th floor sometimes get stuck open - resulting in us having to walk up 5 flights -
once with all our luggage!

Excellent stay, super easy, fun, family friendly and the perfect location for exploring Madrid.
Pros:

Absolutely incredible location, you're right in the centre. That being said, you're also right above a nightclub. Whilst it could have been quieter - the noise didn't bother us and the kids slept through it. Equally, ear plugs were provided but given there's a nightclub literally on the ground floor, it wasn't that noisy. It's definitely the trade off of being so central. You get loads of towels which was excellent, the roof terrace was incredible and the beds were really comfortable.

Cons:

The drains smelt slightly but nothing too awful, we weren't there in peak season and can imagine it being worse in the heat. The lift is really small, we couldn't fit our travel buggy and suitcase in it so expect to do multiple trips.

Pros:

A foglalás nagyon simán, gördülékenyen ment. Az elhelyezkedése jobb nem is lehetett volna. Tiszta, kényelmes!

Très agréable séjour. Terrasse très agréable et pratique. Je recommande.

Situation géographique parfaite. Terrasse très agréable. Et ne pas avoir à faire le ménage est bien pratique.

Appartement très bien placé
On peut tout faire à pied

Cons:

La veille du départ ascenseur cassé
6 étages a descendre à pied sans aucune aide avec 2 valises.
1 salle de bain assez vétuste pour un appartement agencé pour 6/7 personnes (carrelage abîmé de la douche et pas très propre).
Mauvaise insonorisation et surtout pas très lumineux.

A clean and perfectly located apartment, if you do not mind poor soundproofing.
Pros:

The location is excellent—very central and easy to reach. There are fantastic restaurants nearby, and the proximity to the metro makes getting around the city very convenient. The building and the room were both clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

The walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms. We dealt with noise from parties and crying children until the early hours of the morning throughout our stay, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, the sofa bed is not particularly comfortable for adults.

Tolle Lage mittel in Madid, trotzdem ruhig da es in einer Seitenstraße liegt.
