Important information:

Please inform Sonder Santa Ana in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

There are no ovens in any of the studio or one bedroom apartments. This building is located on a busy street and is prone to noise from Thursday to Sunday. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

Good apartment - needs soundproofing.
Pros:

Central location. Good facilities.

Cons:

Overnight noise from club underneath the first floor apartment. Could not sleep first night - disturbed sleep other nights. Fifth floor apartment for parents fine.

Extrem gute Lage! Man kann sehr viele Dinge fußläufig erreichen und erkunden, z. B. den Königspalast, die Markthalle, die Metro, die Fußgängerzonen. Unterkunft liegt in einer belebten Umgebung. Lage ist Top! Außerdem ein super unkompliziertes Check-In-Verfahren, alles digital, sehr gut!

Cons:

Man der Unterkunft angemerkt, dass es die Zimmer schon von vielen genutzt wurden;). Sauberkeit war oberflächlich okay, jedoch hier und da hat man gesehen, dass sie sich mehr Mühe geben könnten.

It was a good base with what we needed to explore Madrid.
Pros:

I appreciated the washing machine and having a refrigerator. The shower worked well.

Cons:

Overall things were a little “tired”, everything functioned.
The ironing board was broken and didn’t stay up.

we made our own breakfast - great kitchen facilities for that. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Should have explained that entry code needed to input quickly. Windows with a view would have been a bonus, but we liked that it was quiet from not being on the street.

Phantastische Lage super zentral, toller Pub und Supermarkt gleich daneben

Cons:

Leider neben einem Nachtclub und daher die ganze Nacht jede Nacht Lärm auf der Strasse. Die Fenster sind leider nicht gut um den Lärm zu mildern

Personal war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut. Disco nebenan. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Disco ging bis 6:30 Uhr in der Früh. Auch nicht mit Ohrenstöpsel. Es vibrierte im Zimmer.
Wir haben uns Beschwert, es wurde uns ein kleineres Appartement mit Schlafsofa im 3. Stock angeboten. Da es aber keine Garantie gab, dass es dort ruhiger ist, wollten wir nicht noch auf ein Bett verzichten.
Keine Aussicht. Terrasse ganz unten in einem Schacht. Die einzigen Fenster der Wohnung schauen in Schächte.

Loved the location and convenience, and the room and facilities were great, but door functions need to be sorted out. I’

It was in a great location, excellent facilities

Cons:

Access using the keycodes was a bit hit and miss. Main door didn’t always open and this meant waiting for someone to leave, or people just leaving the door ajar to get back in. But the main problem was the very noisy nightclub next door, with loud music thumping right through until about 5am. Also the plumbing from higher levels was very noisy. Noise from nightclub may not have been so bad for apartments on higher levels. The supplied earplugs weren’t much help.
