Excellent location on levante promenade. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Excellent pool area

I was with my son in a wheelchair. The receptionist pointed me to the pool area which was 6 steps up and 12 srep
s down. When I went back she said you had to go out of the hotel and down a side entrance. Also when I checked out the young lad said they accepted tips!

The location is fantastic but most memorable was the young lady on reception. She was so welcoming and always called me by name so ai felt very comfortable there.

Es impresionante muy recomendable todo perfecto y las vistas increíbles .. aparte teníamos una habitación y no cambiaron a una mejor suite… recomiendo por mi experiencia si vienes a Benidorm coger este hotel y similar
