The staff were helpful and friendly, and the service was excellent.

I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and overall cleanliness of the room. However, the bathroom was spotless. In addition, despite having requested it in advance and having written confirmation of the arrangement, the hotel was unable to provide a gluten-free sandwich on the morning of our departure, as requested.

It was good in every other way

The outside area is very bad and the elevators need a little of attention. Twice in our ten days stay one if them fell down, once ca half to one meter and the second time ca two meters. It was very bad experience.

Veldig hyggelig personale og god frokost. Hotellet lå veldig fint til midt på stranden.

Um dos dias saímos do quarto cerca das 10 horas do quarto e quando chegamos pelas 20H00 o quarto não tinha sido limpo nem arrumado. Questionamos a recepção sobre o sucedido e disseram-nós que tinha a indicação na porta “ não incomodar “. Na verdade teve até sairmos, todos os dias tinha. O que a recepção nos disse é que não voltam lá, o que obriga os hóspedes a saírem dos quartos muito cedo, quem está lá está de férias, não está na “tropa”
