Very enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel with amazing views and excellent facilities
Pros:

The view from our apartment was amazing. The apartment was spotlessy clean, very spacious, very well laid out with alot of storage space. The beds were very comfortable and the cleaners came every day to clean the room.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had more of a choice and it would be nice if it was possible to sit outside while having breakfast

Tengo más de 15 años de frecuentar este hotel y he notado que durante los últimos años, han ido desmejorando a pesar de la renovación de las instalaciones. Quise darles una nueva oportunidad en esta ocasión y solo me llevó a convencerme de que NO regreso más. La comida escasa y de muy mala calidad. Somos un matrimonio y nos colocaron dos camas individuales, el wifi corre MUY mal y además tu propia data sufre conflicto con el wifi por lo cual se dificulta acceder a ella. La comunicación del personal en recepción muy deficiente, ya que salimos en la madrugada y a pesar de haber pagado nuestra media pensión, a última hora nos dicen que el desayuno no nos lo podían dar para llevar ya que teníamos que haber avisado antes de las 7pm, detalle que no nos informaron en ningún instante. El costo de las bebidas no están incluidas en la pensión de comida que pagues (por el precio del hotel, debiera estar incluida al menos la botella de agua). Por un vuelo internacional, no logran llegar el día previsto por lo cual perdimos una noche y media pensión (no hubo ningún detalle)
