Pros:

Es impresionante muy recomendable todo perfecto y las vistas increíbles .. aparte teníamos una habitación y no cambiaron a una mejor suite… recomiendo por mi experiencia si vienes a Benidorm coger este hotel y similar

Super hotel in great location. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend it.

La ubicación. La habitación amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

El bufet los panecillos no valían nada. Hubo un día que se estropeó un ascensor y los otros no acababan de subir a nuestra planta y nos tocó bajar 18 pisos.

Estaba todo muy bien ,muy amables las chicas d recepción,las vistas y la habitación ,,,,,no muy con la limpieza y eso que evitamos darles trabajo un día sí y otro no pero muy bien

Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner ainsi que dîner, assez bien variés et de qualité. Les petits croissants au top.

Cons:

L'eau chaude au 23 ème l'est beaucoup trop, risque de brûlure pour des enfants s'il devait y en avoir. Faut éviter de pousser à fond la position eau chaude.

La localisation en face de la mer, la chambre le personnel en majorité.

Cons:

La restauration pas terrible en terme de qualité et de variété pour un 4 étoiles.
Le nettoyage des chambres était nul changement de draps et de serviettes mais pas de nettoyage du parterre et de la kitchenette.
