Cleanliness
5
Mixed but leaning negative: multiple reviews report strong issues (sewage/odour in rooms, insalubrité, moisissure, dirty bathrooms) although some guests found rooms and bedding very clean after room changes.
Service
9
Generally very positive: numerous mentions of very friendly, attentive and helpful staff and good reception; a few isolated negative reports (poor team, one staff member asking for money) but overall service is repeatedly praised.
Location
9
Consistently praised: close to the train station, convenient for transport and access to the city/airport connections; good location for visitors despite occasional street noise at night.
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed: some rooms are described as clean and comfortable, others are small, outdated or suffering from bad odours and poor ventilation; comfort of beds and room condition noted as inconsistent.
Amenities
5.5
Below average: several reports of broken or missing amenities (elevators out of service, bathroom fans not working, missing towels, limited parking, disco noise), indicating maintenance issues.
Value for Money
9.5
Strong positive perception on value: described as a correct hotel at a reasonable price, with breakfast included and good location making it good value for budget-minded travellers.
Food and Beverage
8
Generally acceptable: breakfast frequently described as 'correct' or included; a few guests praised breakfast as excellent while others noted meals (dinner/breakfast) could be poor or need improvement, especially for local/traditional items.
Overall Experience
7.5
Overall mixed but satisfactory: many guests appreciate staff and location and find the stay acceptable for the price, while recurring cleanliness and maintenance issues lower the overall experience.

I would not recommend it, dissapointing
Pros:

Location, clean, airco

Cons:

The staff wasn’t helpful and not everyone was polite. The breakfast wasn’t really good and one day we didn’t got a buffet. Weird smell in the bathroom.

Cons:

Daneben eine Disco, laut! Badezimmer stinkt extrem vom Abfluss, was im ganzen Zimmer ankommt.
