Struttura molto bella nelle parti comuni e camera spaziosa.
Manca l’aria condizionata . Mancava un asciugamano e la camera è stata rifatta frettolosamente
Beautiful location, great views and wonderful food. Perfect for dogs
The courtyard room was slightly dated, but still good for price
I felt special for my whole stay. The courtyard was so relaxing,. The food was lovely and plenty but not too much to feel over full
The room could have a nice local picture on the wall it felt a bit bare against the wallpaper. I did notice that there was no power points at the bed head, and also the other power points were behind the dressing table mirror
Check in/out was seamless, breakfast was great.
The carpet in room 18 was heavily stained - I did not want to let my toddler sit on it or touch it particularly. In my opinion, a new carpet is needed, or at the very least, a deep clean/shampoo is imperative. That said, the sheets/bathroom/furniture seemed clean. The carpet just really let the accommodation down.
Lovely staff , excellent food . Communal areas very pleasant
Bedrooms a little tired looking
My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend at this excellent hotel. In particular the staff worked so closely as a team. Nothing was too much trouble for them. In particular our waitress (Geveena) in the restaurant had a lovely manner, was very professional and made us feel so comfortable. All the staff were in fact of the same calibre. We will return!
Great countryside location, lots of ground to walk your furry friend. Most of staff are friendly and accommodating.
The food was generous portions and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a buffet style with varied options. Can order extra cooked breakfast meals.
We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms, note if you book a courtyard room, and have mobility issues, request a ground floor accommodation.
The odd unfriendly staff
The pool was wonderful. I thought maybe £15 was steep for a breakfast but there was a fantastic continental breakfast buffet plus a choice of freshly cooked breakfasts like eggs benedict.
Our fridge was noisy so had to turn it off at night but I told them and they planned to fix it immediatly.
All the staff was so personable and welcoming, the setting is just stunning (I loved being able to walk in the grounds and not see a single other building!) and my room was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities were super - the pool especially welcome in the heat - and the breakfast room/bar area was cosy and bright, with such a glorious view.
I was a little disappointed to see the difference in breakfast spread when the hotel was quiet and when busy. I can understand it's not worth having a buffet when occupancy is low, but it meant I didn't really get enough food...
Beautiful
Views
Lovely spacious room. Very quiet and comfortable. Restaurant and bar area were lovely with great views
Could have had more toiletries in the room. There was only soap, no body lotion or hair conditioner.
Really friendly staff and great facilities. My daughter particularly liked the pool and I enjoyed very much the food.
The hotel was very hot, but that is difficult to avoid in a heatwave. There were also quite a bit of spider/spider webs in the bathroom, but again the location was rural so understandable.
the pool and the views
no fridge in room decor a little tired
Bed was comfortable and clean
Breakfast was verynice
Checkout was fine
The court yard grounds/square was smelly > dogs pee.
One chair in the room for two adults.
this has been probably the quietest hotel i've had the pleasure of staying in, no rowdy residents leaving the bar at night, thoroughly enjoyed a good night sleep. Facilities were great, a little small in the gym area but i had a good workout, pool and sauna were great too. Reception staff, bar staff and breakfast staff very friendly, and helpful.
if i were to moan, i don't like plastic beakers in the room, should really be glass, and the toiletries over the bath are ill placed, whacked my elbow on the dispenser bracket (room 20)
