I liked the integration of the health club, the restaurant and the hotel all together so I could just walk down the hall to the restaurant and health club.
Great location. It is walkable to the metro. Very clean hotel. Amazing breakfast! They should not charge for butter and should workout a deal with the gym so that it is free for guest, but I would stay here again without question. The staff is amazing!

Staff was great very helpful ,i was impressed there willingness to help, staff was pleasent .i was treated with respect. Hotel was clean rooms were clean was great would recommend it was a little far out but short taxi ride . Had good time will stay with them again .

One downside is that we had to pay extra $$to use the pool area and saunas with is strange for us..never seen that in any hotel

The gym and pool was very nice but hotel is quite outside the city. Staff speaks little English.
I stayed in a beautiful and spacious room, with a huge bathroom. Everything was perfect in the room and the food served in the hotel is delicious. The hotel is connected to a SPA, which has everything in order to relax: a big gym, swimming pool and four saunas. The only one discomfort is the distance of the hotel from the city center. It takes approximately one hour by bus and metro to reach Kiev city centre. One has to count also the fact that the breakfast and the SPA usage is not included in the price. In case you have time, it`s a great hotel to relax and to work on your computer.
We’ve stayed in large 2 bedroom apartment! It was clean and cosy, large bathroom as well. Helpful staff, sorted out small problems we had fast enough. Restaurant is opened 24/7 so it’s pretty good thing for those who arrive late and food is tasty, btw. They have interconnection with spa centre which quite popular among local people. Overall, I do recommend stay here if You prefer good hotel instead of good location. It takes about 5min with taxi to get to nearest metro station if You’re on a budget. Advice for first timers in Kiev - DO NOT forget to ask somebody in hotel how much does it cost roughly to get somewhere otherwise You could be charged 10 or even more times as it used to be or You can take hotel’s taxi which is bit more expensive! So, if it’s not about location this hotel score 4,5/5 from me easily.
Very decent hotel. The reception staff and cleaning staff on the floors are exceptional. One of the best hotels in terms of attention to customers!!! Keep that way guys!
