Not suitable for non-Chinese speaking guests.

Some of the staff seemed nice

Cons:

The whole property is smoking so it’s very hard to get non smoking room
Staff do not speak English - if you don’t speak Chinese you cannot communicate anything. Not even order room service
WIFI does not work - you will have limited connection: NO google, gmail, messenger apps. Apparently you need to get a Chinese SIM but nobody knows how to do that and the nearby mobile place cannot provide

Miracle.
Pros:

Originally we do not have any plan to visit there. But due to some troubles we were compelled to stay one night at Urumqi. I found this hotel, it is a miracle. The staffs are very kind and friendly, and helped us a lot. The room is wonderful and comfortable. The buffet is amazing. The place is near to the big shopping market and beautiful park. Next time we must choose this hotel when we have a chance to visit this city.
