Aircon did not work. 28 degree Celsius in room when on the street it was 17 degrees. Not nice, not okay

Cons:

У меня была бронь на 2 взрослых и 1 ребёнка
Но после завтрака персонал стал требовать доплаты за завтрак
Пришлось показывать бронь в приложении и количество гостей, там было указано 2 взрослых и 1 ребенок
В СПА тоже требовали доплаты
Я впервые с таким столкнулась? Если номер забронирован на 3 человек, то как завтрак может быть на 1? Испортили все впечатление, мы не стали оставаться на следующую ночь

Отель хороший,номера чистые,фрукты почти каждый день приносили в номер

Cons:

При вьезде сняли денег больше,чем указано,сказали налоги и депозит.Депозитом мы не пользовались,через неделю кое как вернули странную сумму…Вывод-надо депозит давать наличными и сразу при выезде забирать тоже наличными

Заселение глубокой ночью прошло быстро и вежливо, депозит по нашей просьбе взяли в евро, лифты работают по карте быстро, номер просторный, чисто, есть все необходимое и даже больше)) завтрак, конечно, китайский, не ждите европейской кухни)) позднее выселение без доп платы

Немного пахло табаком, но это особенность страны

Not suitable for non-Chinese speaking guests.

Some of the staff seemed nice

Cons:

The whole property is smoking so it’s very hard to get non smoking room
Staff do not speak English - if you don’t speak Chinese you cannot communicate anything. Not even order room service
WIFI does not work - you will have limited connection: NO google, gmail, messenger apps. Apparently you need to get a Chinese SIM but nobody knows how to do that and the nearby mobile place cannot provide
The rooms are severely overheated - not comfortable
