اتساع الغرفة والسرير كان مريح فندق جيد لولا لعده عن الحرم
بعده عن الحرم استخدام باصات نقل عام حتى الوصول لباصات الفندق استخدمت التاكسي بدل من الباصات
الافطار بسيط اعطيت غرفة بالدور الاول وكنت اسمع اصوات الاغاني في صالة الافراح التي تقع في نفس الفندق كل ليلة
الحقيقة انا دائما اجي هولدي ان ولكن هذه المرة من اسوأ المرات ، لا نظافه ولا خدمات ولا تجهيزات الغرفة ظلام جدا
كل شيء، ازعاج ، اول ما سكنت الغرفة وصخه السرير فيه شعر رجال وقطع سمسم وطلبتهم يغيرونه طلع حتى اللباد وصخ وكل ما يحطون شييت جديد يكون اوصخ ، الاثاث مهتريء الحمام ظلام وكان السيفون فيه بصمات سابقة من قبل نعمل شيك ان..
The reception was a major downside. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not properly trained for front-desk duties. Another big issue was communication — no one ever answered the phone at the hotel. We tried to make changes, but there was no response. Overall, communication skills, both online and in person, were a very serious weakness. Apart from that, the stay itself was okay. The hotel was decent, and there were no other major issues.
The reception staff provided poor service. They gave us our room keys without offering to help with our luggage or showing us where the elevators were located. Additionally, we requested fresh towels twice, but our request was never fulfilled.
