Pros:

Staff always helpful and approachable

Cons:

We had a room for someone in a wheel chair, the main room was hood but the wet room with very low hand basin was awkward and only one small rail to put towels on.
Also very little room to hand clothes

Unhappy with stay
Pros:

The building had character

Cons:

Parking for disabled was bad and not near the hotel so struggled as we are both disabled.Then the only park available was on a hill and near the pub and it was full so struggled to park.Breakfast not hot, coffee cold staff not really helpful will not be staying again.Rooms very basic, overall will not stay again.

Lovely quiet hotel set with a park, spotlessly clean
Pros:

We had a warm welcome when we arrived at check-in, the hotel was spotless. When we entered the room it was spotless too. I have to say we have stayed in many hotel and this was the most spotlessly clean hotel we have stayed in.
We requested a ground floor, quiet room. Our requested was fulfilled

Great location and friendly staff and big family rooms
Pros:

Location was perfect for what we needed.

Cons:

The rooms and corridor were too hot however the room was provided with a fan.
Bathroom door didn’t shut properly and had issues with the shower as couldn’t detach it.

Reception was staffed, which is something I've found lacking in this weeks travels, friendly and informative team member.
Room was decorated nice and was clean. Tea and coffee facilities. Tv , and ironing board too !

Cons:

Bathroom could have done with a little more cleaning round the bath.

Comfortable and quiet location
Pros:

Comfortable and quiet (was on opposite side to wedding party)

Cons:

Could have been very noisy as a wedding was ongoing during stay, but staff may have realised I was not a wedding guest and helpfully booked me a room away from party noise
