Excellent service and really welcoming staff
Pros:

The staff and room at the hotel were excellent. We had a long drive down from Northumberland and then visited family so we were exhausted when we arrived. The room was so comfortable and I had an amazing soak in the huge bath. We had brought our dog with us and he was also made to feel welcome which really means a lot to us as it takes the stress of travelling with him away. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit

Really enjoyed our stay here. would highly recommend.
Pros:

Was a very comfortable and very clean room with good sized bathroom. Restaurant was lovely and food was superb. Staff very very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Theer was a large metal staircase going up to the room. This could be a health hazard if the weather was icy and also an older person may struggle to get up the stairs as quite steep.

Pros:

Fantastic people who run it, so thoughtful and obliging. The apartment is just great, had everything you could require, and within walking distance of Tamworth and its surrounds ie castle 5 minute walk, major shops 10 minute walk

Cons:

Only downside was that we felt the cold a little bit and the heating was on a timer that we had no control over, getting up at 5am with no heating was a challenge
