Perfect stay, highly recommend
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and really well thought out in terms of space etc. the location was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk into the town where the castle and shopping centre are. The staff were lovely as well. The towels were really thick. Given we stated when its been so hot there is plenty of fans available in the room which was great. Just an overall brilliant stay, would definitely return.

Cons:

N/A loved everything

Wouldn't stay again sadly.
Pros:

The area is quite nice, and the staff were friendly. Pretty building

Cons:

The room (18) was tiny. In comparison to all the other rooms which had massive baths and 4 poster beds... For the price we were out of luck. Was a big let down. Just shoved at the top, up so many stairs... in the corner with the smallest room I've ever seen that some how fit a double bed in there.

There was like a kicked out hole / dent in the wall by the window.

It was so hot in there, and the bed was not comfortable. I couldn't sleep at all. I woke up about 3 and just rolled back and forth trying to get any ounce of sleep.

We had one towel for 2 people. I had to shower with a hand towel.

It was just a big disappointment 😞
They also have no safe place to cross the road outside the hotel. It was quite dangerous on that bend.

Great place as an overnight stay. Would absolutely recommend it. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Room was excellent, clean, safe, good A/C, free WiFi, tea/coffee & biscuits complimentary.

Cons:

Kitchen is currently under renovation, so continental only for breakfast at the minute. However this is only a temporary issue. And the continental breakfast was genuinely delicious; I think it was the biggest and tastiest cinnamon danish I’ve ever had!

Pros:

Cons:

Toilet was very much disgusting. Flush was not working. I flushed thrice to make the poop out of closet. No pressure for water. Then shower Wass also not in good condition. Atleast do it better foe the next person.when u buy money give us basic requirement . Very sad and stressful with regard to wash room and toilet.
