Worked out perfectly for us.
Pros:

Perfect place to stop overnight and then continue our journey. Could not fault anything. Great value for money and lovely people running it. Food was delicious, home made soup and roll for dinner and perfectly cooked breakfast. Small shop opposite to get morning paper. Rooms were clean and fresh and comfy. Would recommend to anyone needing a stop over.

Very nice stay, at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Very comfortable room. Very doog dinner. I had to leave early, so a breakfast bag was prepared - thank you.
Very handy for the motorway.

Pros:

Nothing, breakfast was nice, that's it.

Cons:

Everything, the noise from the street, heavy duty vehicles roaring at 2 am in morning, the view was awful, looking out to derelict building and a shop with flashing lights, absolutely ridiculous, paid £375 for 3 nights, stayed only one night,made our excuses left next morning,asked for peace quiet, wat we got was heavy duty noise for hours on end, kids screaming, traffic brutal, cannot believe we gave them £375,wat a total waste of a lot of money,couldn't believe we had to make excuse not to come back.

Ok, We have had worse.
Pros:

Food was great….breakfast was really good (except for the sausage 😀).
Room acceptable but bed was way, way too soft….
