The room was lovely, it's still fairly warm for the time of year in Scotland and a Shark fan was provided for the room which I thought was a nice touch.
Breakfast was great and centrally located in Oban meaning everything needed of an evening was just a few minutes walk away.

Clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the centre of Oban. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.
It wasn't a problem for us but some people may find the absence of a lift a nuisance. . The parking situation needs to be clearer as we kept having to move our car to meet parking regulations.

Someone tried to open my room door. Fortunately it was locked. There is open access from the street to the rooms. Also if you have heavy bags please note there is no lift

Mattress on Sofa bed was nit thick enough for an adult but staff gave us a few extra duvets and it was adequate.

No elevator or anyone to help with luggage. Bathroom door too heavy and noisy. Room was hot and fan failed halfway through nite . Couldnt get breakfast past 9:M. Very small shower. Reception was not very knowledge

The breakfast was the best all holiday. The location for ease of the town and ferries could not be any easier. Staff always friendly.
Being on the 3rd floor without a lift and heavy bags would be my only negative. But this is not a deal breaker.
