One night’s stay in a lovely hotel - will definately stay there again .
Pros:

Helpful staff, clean room , lovely food , spotless toilets, plenty of parking, near shops , relaxing area near entrance.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Told the receptionist about the room problems and she said if she wasn’t full she would have moved us , the toilet could

Enjoyable
Pros:

The room was spacious. Good bathroom, comfy bed. We were able to get a meal at the restaurant until 9:00 p.m.

One night stay because many roadworks.
Pros:

Location excellent.
Have stayed before. Room good, bed very comfortable.
A couple of marks on bathroom floor, on chest in the bedroom - nothing major.
Had breakfast included. Enjoyed ypghurt & museli & tea.
Welsh breakfast went cold quickly and maybe it was more than i needed that day.
Nice touch shower mat in the bathroom ready.
Plenty of towels, soap etc.

Cons:

Shower was good but hard to set temperature.

Pleasant location and the staff were lovely.
Pros:

Ideally located just outside the town centre. Rooms were exceptional, modern and spotlessly clean. The evening meal and breakfasts were well worth not only the money but the quality of the food and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

I genuinely couldn’t find anything to criticise.

Superb!
Pros:

Lady on front desk was wonderful, very welcoming and answered all my questions. Room was lovely, clean and well presented. Bed was comfy and nice option for more pillows if needed. Didn't have breakfast or food there so cannot comment on that.
