El baño , muy antiguo y muy abandonado su mantenimiento a sí como la calefacción la tenian puesta pero cerraban los radiadores y la apagaban muy temprano

Location was great for what we wanted on our route. Easy walk into Lerma to eat.
Very tired building. Our room was in desperate need of an upgrade. Mold around the window. I have photos. Peeling ceiling. Only one socket in the whole room. TV so tiny. Bathroom in need of complete change.
I appreciate a sign up to say work is ongoing but really shouldn't put people in rooms like this. It's a health issue. Hope all these issues are on the list.
It didn't help being put in a room above a noisy bar.
The room was a good size and had ensuite facilities. Clean and tidy. Dinner at the hotel was very good and well worth the money.
Our shower head was broken and we did tell the receptionist but unfortunately they didn't send anyone to fix it or move us to another room.

Lovely property, perfect to stay when travelling to ferry and pet friendly, staff very friendly and helpful, it was good value for money.
Excellent value, opted for dinner/bed/breakfast, with enough choice for most people. Extremely convenient to motorway en route to Santander/Bilbao ferry, with the option of secure garage parking (extra). Peace of mind if vehicle jam packed like ours! Travelled with 2 small dogs (small extra charge) with ideal “dog walk” right next to hotel at side of river. Friendly and welcoming staff. This is our third stay and will be back.
