ロケーションがよくスタッフが親切
Pros:

スタッフが皆礼儀正しくて親切。特にDillaという女性スタッフは、細やかに丁寧なサポートをしてくれました。ほかの受付スタッフ、ドアマン、清掃スタッフも全員感じがよくてありがたかったです！立地も最高に便利でした。

Cons:

私の泊まった部屋は、夜間にボイラーかエアコン室外機の振動と騒音をかなり感じる部屋でした。これは部屋がどこに面しているかによると思うので、気になる人は静かな部屋をお願いしておくといいと思います。

Great, relaxing stay in between ferry rides.
Pros:

It was within walking distance from the ferry terminal where I arrived. The hotel was super clean and comfy, offered a good on-side restaurant and Semi-Professional massages in your room. Great to stroll along the shores in the afternoon and sit in the shades.

Cons:

The elevator beeps were super loud, sounded like Super Mario collected a coin everytime it stopped on my floor.

Make slope for needed.
Pros:

Everything i like..but its hard for elderly who have use the wheelchair to go down the stairs every times at the hotel corridors.please improve. Make some space for wheelchair to go down slope easyly.

Kalo dari lift ke kamar tolong di ubah bikin gelunsur untuk penguna wheelchair ya..tolong di ubah..soal nya kasihan susah kali mau turun guna tangga.terima kasih. Lagi satu..untuk kamar² biasa gak ada kulkas.mau di sewa juga gak boleh.
