the swimming pool is dirty. can see saliva bubbles floating on the pool surface
Surprised that hotel arrange for pickup from ferry terminal though i didn't ask for it. Most of the staff were attentive to my needs as a handicapped person. Although there were a few black sheep who were permanently in a bad mood. 1 guy especially was great. Offered me a ride on his motorcycle on my checkout day after seeing that i couldn't get a taxi.
No food outlets nearby, therefore forced to order from in-house restaurant. Food selection and taste was sub-par.
Room could be better if there was power outlets by the bedside.
