Hotel Grand Efe

Hotel on approach and initial reception area looked promising. The room was ok but after being there for a while you notice a couple of things. As the day goes on the bathroom starts to smell like a sewer/urine as it must go in a sump. Had to run the shower and leave it on to water down and get rid of foul smell as there is no window or ventilation.
The pool is ok but does get crowded and the slides were fun.
Good location on the beach with good swimming in a marked area.
Beach jetski and ‘banana rides but very expensive for the amount of time they give you. 60 euros for 15 minutes.
The location-not much in the way of walking distance.
So the main reason it got a low score was the food. Now I visit lots of places and have been to many different star hotels. This is advertised as 4 star. The food was not that inspiring and for a ‘4star’ there was very little in the way of choice. The main problem is that 89% of the food had flies constantly landing on it. On the mains, on the bread on the salads on the deserts. Sit at the table and flies. Sit on the veranda for a drink at night-flies, sit on the sunbeds-flies. So off putting and definitely not a 4 star, I would give it a 3 star at a push.

Not recommended this hotel because it was so dirty and full of flies.staffed not spiking english we stayed 7 days and they charged the sheets just 1 time although it was necessary because I had an accident with my period just they took out the rubbish every day the towels were not changed every day and the worst thing was I live them on the floor because they were dirty and wet and they hanging up back on rail same food for 7 days poor. If your flight is late at night you don’t have access any more to any services after checking out they cut the bracelet and no longer access the service

We are at this hotel now and we are really disappointed. We arrived 7 am Wednesday morning and weren’t allowed to checkin until 2pm after flying through the night. We were also charge €15 for breakfast because we couldn’t have our all inclusive bands until 2 pm. Staff are very unhelpful and use google translate to communicate. The food is catered for everyone apart from English guests. All signage in hotel is in many languages apart from English. The location is bad as hotel is off a dual carriageway and there is nothing outside of the hotel. Yes the hotel is lovely but that’s about it. Would not recommend this hotel if you are English and that is not a racist comment. They just don’t cater for English guests

Had to wait for about 15-20 minutes at check-in and check-out, they were trying to confirm the payment with expedia. Very inconvenient for the family.

Food tasted great. Not lots of fresh food. No fresh juice. Great private beach.

Insgesamt ein wunderbares Hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Man kann jederzeit fast alles überblicken und die Ausstattung ist absolut angemessen. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nachteile:
Der Kaffee ist nicht gut.
Auf unserem Zimmer war das Wlan schlecht.
Das Getränkeangebot für Kinder umfasst keine Säfte, nur Wasser, Pulvermischungen und Limogeteänke.

The hotel itself is clean with new bathrooms. The territory around is not too big but very cozy. These are the only good things.
Most of the staff does not speak English. Those who do speak English on a very basic level. If you need to clarify anything you need to use google translate.
If you loose/forget something you will never find it again in this hotel. My glasses which I wore only inside have just disappeared from the room and were never found. I submitted a complaint- no reaction. My daughter’s shoes in size 19 were left near the stage after mini-disco. We could not find them anywhere after that and the staff was not too helpful.
The biggest disappointment was food of course. You really need to have a special talent to spoil the dishes from Turkish cuisine. The chef from Grand Efe has this talent. The food was also not enough. The salads were not fresh.

I have just arrived from this hotel, everyone were coughing and sneezing, i am covid positive. They infected me there. There were a lot of small children and they were crying all the time. I was infected there

genel itibari ile odalar temiz ve hijyen ön planda tutuluyordu. yemekleri güzeldi. fakat bayramda gittiğimizden dolayı her yerde sıra vardı. İçecekler kaliteli değildi. meyve suyu ve kahveler hep makinadan hazır olarak veriliyordu. Büyük havuzunda hiç şemsiye ve gölgelik alan yok, çocuk havuzunda ise şemsiyeler yeterli değil. personel çok ilgili ve sorunlarınızı hemen çözmeye çalışıyorlardı. plajı çocuklar için uygundu.

There was hardly any breakfast ( compared to other Istanbul hotels) . Dingy dark storage room for dinning rooms. Don’t stay here .
Shower is bad - hot water flows for less than 1 minute and the freezing cold water. Force of water is terrible, you will literally have to sit on the tap to get some water.

Впечатления не самые лучшие, приезжаю уже не в первый раз и с грустью отмечаю изменения в худшую сторону. В номерах с уборкой все хорошо, а вот к уборке в ресторане куча вопросов, столы грязные, обувь прилипает к полу. WI-FI работает слабо. Анимация отсутствует. Расположение хорошее, море любимое и это все положительные моменты.

Harika bir otel kesinlikle şiddetle tavsiye ederim

Çocuklu aileler için güzel bir otel, kafa dinlemek için uygun değil, bol çocuk sesi olan mekanda sıkıntı yaratacaktır. Ne de olsa 8 katlı iki blok binada aynı anda 1000 kişiye hizmet veriliyor. Yemeklerde sıcak yemek kuyruğu da kalabalık ortamda sıkıntılı. Oda temizliğinde ve bar hizmetlerinde sorun yok, personeli iyi niyetli, hizmete açık. Şezlongda yer bulabilmeniz için sabah 07 öncesi kalkıp havlunuzu koymanız lazım. Romanya, Bulgaristan, Beyaz Rusya gibi ülke vatandaşlarının rağbet ettikleri ekonomik her şey dahil konseptinde otel.

Don't get me wrong this hotel is kept very clean rooms are cleaned every day clean towels every day food is very good at lunch and evening dinner plenty of choices breakfast is very poor the location of this hotel is way out you can walk into ozdear which will take you about twenty minutes it's got lovely beaches ther were very few British at this hotel it was full of Russians and we're at some times very rude and just like to walk to the front of the que.if you want a newspaper forget it no English papers the beach at this hotel is very good and they have para gliding banana boat ect amination team is very good and they are very good with children.

Otelin konumu güzel. Odalar ve banyosu çok rahat. balkonlar geniş. Çocuk havuzu güzel. Büyük havuz yeterli değil maalesef ama kaydıraklı olması çocuklu aileler için çok iyi. Deniz çok dalgalı.
Yemekler vasat, cumartesi hariç. O gün resmen çoştular, hem çeşit hem lezzet olarak çok iyiydi.
Hizmette sıkıntı yok, gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyordular.
Özderede olmasıda çok iyi. Çarşısı güzel, kuşadasına yakın.
Özetle çocuklu aileler için bu fiyata çok çok iyi bir tatil seçeneği

Bir kaç sefer gittim ve her seferinde memnun kaldığım bir otel.

Çok iyi

Es waren tolle Tage und es war übersichtlich. Die Anlage hat einen Kinderpool, Rutschen mit grossem Pool und einen schönen Strand.
