Pros:

Quick check in the staff was really polite and there's a really good restaurant next door that was walking distance! You're right in the middle of Pullman, so everything is about a 10 minute. Walk it was perfect..

We will stay here going forward
Pros:

The staff, rooms, and price were all amazing. We have been staying in Moscow for the past four years at almost 400 a night and then we’re faced with no room rooms in Moscow and had to stay in Pullman and we will stay here going forward

Cons:

The breakfast only had a few items to choose from. It would be nice to have a better breakfast.

Pros:

"Breakfast on weekends" was on the website but was inconvenient for the temporary manager, so there was none. No grab bar or towel/robe hooks in bathroom.No coffee service in room, although there were two mugs.Old beat up 60s building BUT the shower was strong, and the mattress and bedding were comfy.

Pros:

The hospitality was amazing! The biscuits and gravy in the morning, were made personally by the owner and were some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The staff was so inviting and welcome. It felt like home away from home. Will definitely stay there again.

We paid the higher price for the location. The hotel meets the need for a good night's stay.
Pros:

We liked the location because we could walk to the college campus. The staff was courteous, the room was sufficient for our needs, the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

Cons:

The room carpet had a wet stain and we couldn't identify its source. And the room amenities were sparse...(no coffee or bottles of water, good soaps & shampoo). The breakfast didn't start until after 7 am which is okay, but we wanted coffee early and there wasn't any available without leaving the hotel.

Pros:

No breakfast offered. Location was great.

Cons:

The rooms are very dated, clean but tired. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work. Hallways sort of dark. Seemed a bit pricey for the state of the rooms but the location is excellent.

Close to WSU
Pros:

Stayed here to move our Coug into his dorm and the staff was really friendly and hotel was close to everything. Will stay here again!
