Love the property the staff was amazing from the front entrance to the check in counter as well as the bar staff the ele
Pros:

I loved the fact when I first arrived I was greeted at the door with a smile and directed me on were to check in at also I love my room when I checked in I was told I got upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a delight I fell in love with the bathroom beautiful the tub was my favorite part about it I was able to enjoy a nice soak before I left

Cons:

What I didn’t like all the elevators were extremely hot considering it was warm outside I also didn’t like that they didn’t have any microwaves on the floors or property to warm my food after a long travel and they only had mini fridge stock with there supplies so I was not able to keep my water cold that I came with other that it was a great experience

Pros:

Non è un hotel, è una discoteca o discobar con camere. Nessun servizio di hotellerie all’altezza. Sconsigliabile

A great stay at the Arlo, we’d definitely come back!
Pros:

Beautiful views
Well furnished, clean room with good facilities
Comfortable bed
Perfect location

Cons:

There was a teenage party going on on the rooftop every night, so the hotel was full of teenagers after hours.
The bar downstairs was fairly messy, it seemed like there were not enough staff there to help both guests and visitors who weren’t staying.

Lower your price to reflect the current state of the hotel. This is not a luxury hotel.
Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

For the price the hotel and room felt dingy, like it hasn’t been well maintained. Also, our AC broke both nights we stayed there, and as a 7 month pregnant person that was not fun or remotely comfortable. We informed the staff the first morning, and they sent engineering to fix it, but the same thing happened the next night. By the front desk’s reaction, I would guess this is a common issue at the hotel.

Also the hotel had a roof party on Thursday night, which is fine and fun! But then there were so many drunk people screaming and singing in the fire stairwell after the party… I am very glad I was staying on the opposite end of the floor. Not sure how the folks close to the stairwell were able to sleep.

Wish we could stay here every NY trip
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful! And you cannot beat the view from the balcony. It was a perfect location for where we needed to be / visit so it was also quite convenient. For being a NY hotel, the rooms are spaced out well even though they are compact. It was the perfect set up.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say

Pros:

It's a cool vibe to the area

Cons:

Loud music until past 12am, and then DJ all day Sunday. Not a hotel to go to if you want sleep.
