The location was spectacular. The view was amazing. Coming back from our stuff in the evening and stepping out to see the New York City skyline was an incredible moment. From checking to check out, it was a seamless and lovely experience. The staff was very kind warm and helpful. My favorite part of the trip was the ice latte that I had in the morning aside from the lovely barista who made it. it was one of the most delicious coffees I’ve ever had. I grew up in New York and I did not feel like I was in New York City at all great food all around the area too. I’m already planning my next vacation back.
I wish they would handle parking.
I loved the location- close to the train and there are many cool restaurants and shops close by.
I wish the bed in our room was a little bigger- a double bed is small for us.

Do not stay at this hotel when you go to NY. Choose another place to stay. For the price it is definitely not worth it. Rooms are small, nothing worked in the hotel, the shower door didn’t even close, so the bathroom floor was soaked after each time we took shower, the outlets in the gym didn’t work, the drinks at the bar were hella weak, my wife and a friend had to go back and get more alcohol to put into the drinks that were made. We had wait on our room to get ready when we got there and the staff never let us know our room was ready, overall it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel stay.

El elevador no es exclusivo para juespedes y la concurrencia de mucha gente de afuera queriendo acceder a la terraza hacen la experiencia intolerable.
La empresa de segurodad no nos permitia subir a la terraza por la escalera de emergencia. Muy desagradable trato para un huesped qie paga mas de 500 dolares la.noche
Pros ; Close to everything we wanted. Club. Brunch. Bars.
Cons; Small bed and facilities. No ice bucket in room stunk. Staff was talking about guests who called the front desk with issues while other guests were standing there which was unnecessary. Got a table at sungold to eat and drink but service was slow and never brought us water. We got a dirty martini with no olives ? They also told us we have to leave by 5 for an event. Odd !
