Location, size of room and general vibe of hotel was good

Cons:

Housekeeping was very sub-par and did the bare minimal cleaning. e.g. bed was not made when I had 3 items of clothing on it. Dusty surfaces all week long that were clearly not cleaned. Didn't even draw the curtains.

החדר נח. והמיטה טובה
סביב המלון יש הכל ונח להגיע לכל מקום. והסביבה בטוחה ונעימה.

המלון זקוק לעדכון בחלק מהאביזרים שנראים שחוקים, כמו הכורסאות בחדר, עובש באמבטיה
ברז המקלחת לא נוח לשימוש. חצי מהחדר חדש ומצוחצח והחצי השני לא )::
המעליות לא נעימות, ומרגישות ישנות, מחכים המון זמן למעלית ואנשי הצוות גם משתמשים באותן מעליות וכמעט תמיד נוסעים עם עגלות ציוד ושרות גדולות וזה פחות נעים למרות שהצוות עצמו מאוד נחמד וידידותי.

Belle situation, super quartier, vue incroyable

La connection de la Tv ne fonctionnait pas, le hub semblait déconnecté et malgré mes demandes aucune intervention. La porte fermait mal. Les toilettes dans la chambre sont séparés par deux "volets" qui ne coupent aucuns bruits...

It was beautiful and we would stay there again!!
Pros:

The location was great for the show we went to, and the view of NYC skyline was BEAUTIFUL! The hotel is very unique and very pretty, room service was great too after the show!

Cons:

The room was absolutely beautiful, but the open shower was not the best for traveling with friends/family (not spouse) , its to exposed and can be uncomfortable for people, . and the doors to the room are beautiful but very large and heavy and are very loud, we woke up to heavy door opening and closing all morning.

Great and would stay there again.
Pros:

I love the decor, the restaurant and bar on the spot. The bed was comfortable and the view was not bad.

Cons:

The room was pretty cold even when the heater was on. Well, it was on one of the coldest days but the windows and door to the outside weren’t sealed completely.
