Pros:

La posizione sicuramente molto vicino al centro.

Cons:

Peccato che la struttura non disponga di un parcheggio proprio, sebbene offra un servizio convenzionato da raggiungere a piedi.
Inoltre, in camera, soprattutto nelle ore serali/notturne e per tutta la durata della permanenza, si avvertiva un rumore continuo simile a quello di un aspiratore, che non era possibile attenuare o spegnere; a mio avviso non proveniva dal sistema di aerazione della stanza, bensì da qualche vano tecnico adibito a tale funzione.

No hubo nada que no me gustase especialmente.
Tal vez mejores instrucciones para el horno en concreto, el resto eran claras y completas.

Superb stay, exceeds expectations
Pros:

The location is fantastic, rooms and common areas are spotless, staff are very helpful and friendly. Had a few issues which were dealt with promptly, efficiently and the staff were lovely. Rooms are beautiful, have everything you need including hair dryer, iron, safe, sky TV incl. movies which is terrific. Kitchen has microwave, 2 ring hob and all other utensils. Also a washing machine in the hallway. Super stay, exceeded expectations, and the location was a few hundred metres from everything we wanted.

Cons:

Pillows are very firm (but personal preference). Checkout time of 10.30am is very early

Lage sehr gut, Apartment und Gebäude sauber, Küchenzeile neuwertig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. 8-10 min zufuß zum Bahnhof. Altstadt/ Geschäftsstraßen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal freundlich. Apartment 501 sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile ( mit Kühlschrank, ohne Geschirrspülmaschine ), TV vorhanden, Wlan gut. Raum von angenehmer Größe. Hofblick etwas langweilig, aber ruhig. Der Nebensaison-Preis war sehr erfreulich.

Cons:

Self-Check in am Schlüsselsafe im Prinzip einfach und gut beschrieben; funktionierte leider nicht ( angeblich Frosttemperatur-Problem ). Eine Hausbewohnerin löste das Problem nach mehreren Versuchen und kräftigem Drücken auf die Tasten. Da das Problem schon in einer booking - Bewertung erwähnt wurde , hätte man es lösen müssen. Bei 2 Grad abends draußen stehen müssen ( Januar ) , ist nicht toll. Rezeption schloss um 18.oo.

Die Raumheizung läuft über Klimaanlage. Die brauchte sehr lange, um die Raumtemperatur zu erhöhen. Außerdem hört man die Nacht über die Ventilation ; wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird das störend finden.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione in città, la pulizia, il confort in generale. Consiglio la disponibilità di una coperta in più come norma. Abbiamo avuto il problema di un rumore notturno non fortissimo ma costante, forse dovuto al motore di qualche aeratore acceso, che disturbava il sonno. A parte questo ci siamo trovati bene.
