Location, comfort, cleanliness and everything you could need.
Pros:

The apartment was clean with everything you could need for a stay - everything has been thought of. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the location, within the old town and just three streets from the Grand Canal, was excellent! My only criticism was the mattress was a little hard for me but my husband thought it was perfect - so can't complain at all. 100% recommend.

very relaxing enjoyable space to stay in a lovely town

Room was a great size and was well equiped
Staff at reception super friendly and arranged early access
Beds super comfy and quiet for great sleep

Cons:

The tiled Floor had evidently been mopped but still remained dirty on the soles of our feet.

Pros:

Location was great, parking is a bit tricky as there is street parking available but one has to drive around to find it. The hotel has parking in a lot but it is a bit away and is a tad expensive
