Solid business hotel with some.flaws
Pros:

Check-in was easy, payment by card went smoothly and the room was already prepared even though we arrived earlier. Our room was clean and didn't smell like cigarette smoke which is not always the case in this region. WiFi was strong and allowed for streaming services to be used. Even though having stayed on the 11th floor we didn't hear any noise from the rooftop restaurant (as other reviewers stated).

Cons:

We didn't like the bed too much, as the sheet was not wide enough for the mattress, same goes for the blanket (there's just one in a double bed).
In our room the aircon was really loud, even on the lowest fan speed and when we instead tried to sleep with an open window, it got quite noisy from the street. Also the toilet flush should be fixed as it was very weak and in the Balkans a strong toilet flush is essential.
What we were a little disappointed of was the breakfast buffet: When we arrived (which was in the middle of the buffet period) some food was not available anymore (e.g. croissants) and there were no cups for coffee and tea. The waiter later brought cups but didn't refill the missing food. For a hotel in this price range I have other expectations.
