You get the quality you expect with the Mercure brand.
Pros:

Quality as expected from a brand like Mercure. Good-sized room that can accommodate a lot of luggage. Close to the bus station, and there is bus stop right in front - make sure to tell the bus/taxivan driver "Mercure", and they might be able to drop you off right in front (although the street is still about 100 meters from the hotel entrance).

Cons:

The HVAC seemed set at too high of a temperature (this was in the winter), although one could always open up the window.

Pros:

Lo staff ultra cordiale , il cibo pranzo e cena , (si può ancora migliorare la colazione) , la stanza e la pulzia , i prodotti di consumo (sapone shampoo)

Cons:

Durante un notte avevo assolutamente bisogno di una bottiglia d'acqua per prendere dei antidolorifici , e non era disponibile , ristorante chiuso e nessuno aveva nulla , (non bevo acqua da rubinetto in quanto sconsigliata )

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage am Hotel mit direkten Bummelmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Viele Restaurants, großer Parkplatz vorhanden. Trotz großer Straße von der Türe hatten wir keinen Lärm im Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat Rauchgeruch in das Zimmer geblasen, obwohl wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer hatten oder gar das Hotel komplett für Nichtraucher vorhergesehen war. Das Personal am Frühstück war unmotiviert, die Schilder wurden nicht korrekt aufgestellt, teils wusste ich nicht, was mir angeboten wurde. In der Dusche ist das Wasser nicht gut abgelaufen und über die Dusche hinaus auf die Fußmatte im Badezimmer.
