Still, an awesome and simplistic hotel.
Pros:

Been staying at this hotel on many occasions. Simple, hip and stylish hotel. Location is very central. Walking distance to many awesome restaurants.

Cons:

Air along corridors is stale. The temperature too.

Pros:

room is clean esp the bed sheet, bed cover and pillows. Amenities are adequately provided.

Staffs are polite with a genuine Sundanese smile and greeting.

just for improvement : the glass floor not too clean... some thought of possibly broken

Pros:

Always loved my stay at moxy bandung. The location is very superb, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive , the room was spotless and everything feel comfortable

Een dikke tien voor dit hotel!
Pros:

Een top hotel ! Vriendelijk personeel waarvan er velen goed Engels spreken. Dat is bijzonder in Indonesië! Ontbijt met veel keuze ook voor westerse toeristen. Slapen zonder storende luide gebedsoproepen.

Cons:

Alles was in orde.

-free coffee/tea anytime
- rooftop bar view was amazing
- kind staff and modern facility
-stylish buildng and interior

Good for the price
Pros:

Overall a good stay - delivered as expected for the price. Some of the parts we liked:
+ Reasonable prices - both for room and F&B.
+ Comfortable room - spacious, comfortable, clean
+ Friendly and helpful staff
+ Some play amenities that kept the children happy
+ Accessible location, with some F&B outlets and also a supermarket within walking distance
+ Good view from the rooftop bar/restaurant where we had dinner on 2 nights

A few minor drawbacks though:
- Thin walls - we were able to clearly hear our neighbour's relatively loud conversations on successive nights
- Not a fan of translucent glass panels for bathrooms in family rooms
- Lots of smoking going on at the rooftop bar/restaurant that made our dinners less enjoyable

Pros:

Excellent hospitality from the check in - check out, to the housekeeping personnel, to the breakfast attendants - all top notch. Many thanks for this.

Location is next to a mall (probably? Did not get to explore it).

The little things like free Americano and snacks available at the lobby were very much appreciated.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a bit better - all forgiven due to the excellent waiting staff and the very affordable rate.
The odour of the room left a lot to be desired - I, however, thought it was probably due to my sensitivity to smell. Other people may or may not experience it the same way.
