Guests are asked not to bring hazardous or illegal items such as Nitrous gas into our hotels, however, where canisters are found left in a bedroom following your stay, a €100 fee will be charged to the lead bookers card for each canister so that they can be appropriately and safely disposed of.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other smoking devices. Guests found smoking in the room will incur a cleaning fee, in addition to any charges for damage or odor removal.

If you have made an advance purchase booking, please be advised that you will receive a payment link to complete the purchase within 24 hours of making the booking. Failure to make payment via the payment link sent to you will result in your booking being canceled.

Please note that the credit card used for the booking must match the name of the guest, unless other arrangements have been made with the property prior to your arrival date.

Cash and debit card payments are accepted at check-in for the full amount of stay. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required when paying by cash or debit card and will be fully refundable upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodations.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize cards anytime up to the guests arrival date.

The guest will be contacted accordingly from the result of the pre-authorization. Failure to not arrive for your reservation will result in your total reservations being canceled and the card on file will be charged accordingly. This is called a 'No Show'. If you have booked more than 1 night, please contact the hotel directly to advise if you will be a late arrival to the hotel to ensure that your total reservation will not be marked as a 'No Show' and canceled from our system.

Bookings during the Christmas period will be required to provide a deposit or full prepayment in advanced of the arrival date. The guest will be contacted directly in relation to this Christmas policy if this applies to the reservation. Please note that this payment is nonrefundable. Limited food offerings will be available during the Christmas period. Please contact the hotel directly in relation to this.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation, regardless of whether a confirmation email has been received by you due to any overbooking, pricing or hotel system error.

If Government in any of the countries our hotels are located introduce guidelines or restrictions, these may impact your hotel stay. Please refer to any special notifications on our website, your booking confirmation or pre-stay communications.
