Location was fatastic. Close to shopping, restuarants and entertainment. Room was clean and maintained. Breakfast was great as well.
I would book this hotel and recommend this to anyone thinking about this hotel. Location, Staff and condition of the hotel were superb.
The location was nice. The hotel was presentable and included breakfast.
Our room was hot and not cooling. The mini fridge available was not in working condition. It was already set to its lowest temperature and it kept our drinks at room temperature, spoiling our baby’s milk. We decided to cut our stay short when we realized the temperature in our room was rising instead of going down. when we were leaving, it was fresher outside than what it was inside the hotel.

Good location and staff was top notch! We had a room with weak a/c (at least for a Minnesotan in 100 degree LA) and they accommodated a room move without issue. Never felt ignored - always felt our concern was being heard. They also provided fans for us (which was appreciated). Room and hotel was clean and free breakfast was appreciated! Valet only is expensive(only did it once), but was quick and easy to do, so appreciated it. The other 3 nights we parked at the orange street parking garage a block or so away for $12 overnight and was good to go.
The staff of this hotel deserves all the credit that they can get as they were always wonderful to work with and can't express that enough. This hotel is by no means "luxury", but staff certainly made it feel that way.
The room is good, and very clean. The value was worth it. One thing I hate about was the sofa bed. The sofa bed was a lil uncomfortable. The value was worth being the stay. The breakfast wasn’t that good. But the service was excellent and friendly. Would come back here.
The hotel room was very clean, spacious and the bathrooms are very clean. The hotel reception was very friendly and checkin and checkout were very quick and smooth. The only inconvenience here is only valet parking only. So we cannot park and visit our car at our convenience and we will have to go via the Valet parking which is such a big inconvenience. Also the hotel has no facilities to charge electric cars.
