Absolutely love the location of this hotel! It was easy to access everything in downtown and walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was spacious and very clean. My only complaint is the parking because you either had to do valet parking or park yourself and walk three blocks.

This historical hotel in downtown checks all the boxes-location, helpful staff, and convenient breakfasts. It's moments away from the heart of downtown with several, if not many, delicious restaurants and movie theaters. The lobby is connected to Starbucks, and breakfast is included, making mornings simple.
The front desk and valet staff were excellent.

Fantastic hotel, Laura was very helpful!

Incredible stay. Very clean and hospitable. Laura the housekeeper went above and beyond to make sure our place was clean and we had everything we need.

I used the valet during my visit and had a great experience. The hotel was organized, friendly, and very helpful. The valet Brian was very kind and helped me with baggage and directions for dinner.

Super clean atmosphere! The Valet was very effortless and my valet Collin was very fast and nice! Loved my time here, definitely recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The pictures online are exactly what it looks like. The lobby is beautiful and the location is superior for walking around downtown. State Street parking garage is directly behind the hotel and very easy to get in and out of. No need to pay for valet parking. Colin works the Valet at the entrance of the hotel and he is extremely friendly, even though we didn't use valet parking. He greeted us everytime we entered the hotel with a smile and asked us what we did for the day, and even offered suggestions. Jenny in housekeeping brought us extra pillows and offered to get us anything else we needed and was super friendly.
We were disappointed a bit in the breakfast offerings but what they had was well stocked and it was very clean.
Do not pay extra for the upper level room! We did and there was nothing superior to it. We were there for July 4th and wanted views. We walked in the room and the view was of a brick wall. I went down to the front desk and asked why we paid for a higher up room to be looking at a Brick wall. They did change our room and we had a better view, although I don't think it was worth the extra cost. What I appreciate is the two queen beds and the pullout couch for extra space.

Wonderful downtown location, plenty of restaurants available. Conventient breakfast buffet available. Parking can be a problem, although valet parking is offered.

We had a great time here! I have a feather allergy and the bedding and pillows are feather. I called and asked for non feather bedding and our housekeeper Laura had the pillow and bedding up to our room in about 10 minutes. She was so kind.

This hotel also sits in the middle of downtown and is walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We got out and just walked around on Saturday afternoon and it was so nice!
