A really nice experience for our downtown stay!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. It was short but the hotel was conveniently located for our tour of University of Tennessee Knoxville. Next time we need to be sure to visit the 5:30 Lounge! The room was very comfortable for the three of us. Beds are comfy! It was very clean and the corner sofa was a very comfortable feature.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Good hotel in downtown Knoxville. It was clean and very walkable to local attractions. The staff was kind however the valet was pricy. Id recommend parking elsewhere.

Another great stay!

Great stay at the Hyatt Place Knoxville / Downtown! The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodated my early check-in request via pre-arrival communication. Excellent service overall.

Welcoming and easy!
Pros:

Great location! Close to market square with easy access to UT! CJ was a great host at the front desk, and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. If we are back in the Knoxville area, we will definitely stay here again!

Great stay for our anniversary!
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Downtown Knoxville to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. We were attending a concert at the Bijou, so the location was perfect! They knew it was our anniversary so they had a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. Nice touch! We had a drink at the beautiful rooftop lounge and dinner at market square that's just a short walk away. We loved our stay and all the hotels employees were kind and helpful. Hopefully we will return next year (if not sooner) for our next anniversary!

No view but room was comfortable and good location loved rooftop bar!
Pros:

loved the rooftop bar and staff were very friendly

Cons:

Room doors tend to slam and are disturbing. Breakfast eggs were watery and cold. Average food. High floor request just looked at brick windows next door.
