Convenient location with breakfast offered and parking garage a block away which was free on the weekend

Went to rooftop bar … service slow..ordered beer and coke…told that beer had tapped out and didnt replace keg, and soda dispensers not working.Hard to believe not prepared for weekend crowd, as this was a friday night.

Overall, a very well-located hotel with excellent service and outstanding breakfast
Pros:

An excellent hotel in the heart of downtown Knoxville! Its prime location on the main avenue makes it easy to enjoy the city's daytime attractions, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The convenience of being right in the center of everything is a major advantage.
The hotel offers an efficient check-in process and a high standard of service, with a professional and welcoming staff that contributes to a very pleasant experience.
The complimentary breakfast deserves special recognition. It was one of the best breakfasts I had during my trip to Tennessee, both in quality and overall experience.
Overall, a very well-located hotel with excellent service and outstanding breakfast. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Knoxville and would gladly stay here again.

My overall stay was excellent. The staff was friendly in the room was clean. Great location will stay again.

The hotel was nice but the incident on parking left a bad taste.
Pros:

Very convenient to our concert. Within the same block.

Cons:

The price of valet parking was jacked up because of the concert, inappropriate in my opinion because the cost of parking was on their website as one price but turned out to be much more. Also my vehicle was ransacked and the contents of my glove box and center console were left on the front seat. I complained and a month later, after a couple follow-ups I was refunded.

Pros:

Convenience and location. This was my second stay there this year.

Cons:

When I first checked in, my room had a weird smell to it. I mentioned it to the front desk. When I came back from parking my car, she stopped me and said she had personally gone to the room and sprayed air freshener. I appreciated her going that extra mile to make the room enjoyable.

Great location.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Room was a great size. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room could use a little refresh. Sink did not train quickly and shower door kept opening on it's on. Valet parking was ridiculously expenisve
