Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

I enjoyed a lot sleeping there the bed was so comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean, the staff so friendly, and I specially liked the terrace, the drinks are great and the view is nice.
I want to add the building is stunning

Cons:

I was out of coffee on my room the first day, I thought someone from the staff might come in to clean my room and re fill coffee and tea but no one cleaned my room on the 3 nights I stayed, it's not that bad, I would just have liked to have more coffee

Budget Experience High End Prices
Pros:

Disappointed. For a higher end hotel with prices to match, it was ridiculous to have in room thermostats with a motion sensor to toggle the AC off! To make it worse, the thermostat is placed between the beds and a short pony wall so that it was blocked from "seeing motion". Cutting corners on AC when we paid for two nights more than a monthly car payment is atrocious. The $119/night Comfort Inn on the trip to Knoxville had cold AC with no sensor. Returning to a hot room from being out in the heat during the day is unacceptable. The parking garage a bit of a walk as well. They should offer a free golf cart shuttle at least or you are stuck paying valet. The sheets were stiff and uncomfortable as well.

Great Property
Pros:

Next door to TN THEATRE with several good restaurants in walking distance. Great breakfast options. Starbucks store connected. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Great stay at Hyatt Knoxville
Pros:

Great Hyatt location downtown Knoxville close to great dining, shopping, walking, university, art district, etc. Staff was wonderful, hotel is very nice, clean, and quiet.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place…lots of downtown energy and steps from our destination, the Tennessee Theat
Pros:

This is our second stay at Hyatt Place, mainly for the location which is front and center to all downtown shopping and activities! Hotel includes a well appointed breakfast, valet parking and access to Market Street! Will stay again whenever in Knoxville…highly recommended!

Lovely restoration of the Farragut Hotel.
Pros:

Lovely historic hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Even late at night, they responded right away when we realized our a/c was not functioning well and immediately gave us a new room. Very nice continental breakfast with a beautiful historic dining area/lobby. Very nice stay.

Loved the room, staff and roof top bar!
Pros:

Clean and well organized downtown location. Very safe feeling. Great walking distance to good pubs and restaurants.

Cons:

Broader options to eat at roof top bar. But excellent roof top bar!

would not stay here again
Pros:

Nice hotel but service was terrible. Was not told the valet they contracted with charged $50 per night. I should not have been charged as a WOH globalist. Had to call to get refund when I saw a charge on my credit card. Front desk receptionist must have been having a terrible day because she barely said two things to me -- license and here is your key. No greeting at all. Roof top bar not very busy. Great atmosphere but let down by the horrible service. Hostess referred to me and my daughter as "those people" and despite multiple servers and a not very busy night did not get acknowledged at all for 20 minutes so we left and went elsewhere. AM breakfast is what you would get at an airport hotel. Hotel overall is nice, clean, good location but would not stay here again.
