Pros:

Can't beat the location or the rooftop bar! Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not clean our room on the first day. Prices were very high for graduation weekend - it would be nice if the hotels did not gouge the parents when coming into town for an event like this.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

EVERYTHING!!!!!! The evening concierge was EXCEPTIONAL.........gave wonderful advice and recommendations.

Cons:

I would prefer to have had a microwave in the room, but it wasn't a deal breaker.b

Pros:

Fantastic location. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was large and very clean and comfortable. Foyer and breakfast dining area had really lovely decor.

Cons:

Breakfast ends at 9am which is early when you are on vacation.

I enjoyed downtown and I would stay again
Pros:

stay in town before I purchase a condo in downtown Knoxville it was very nice

Cons:

Not having a complementary coffee station. Starbucks doesn’t do it for everyone.

Great stay! Nice location, nice ambiance
Pros:

This is a really nice Hyatt Place. We travel a lot and this one’s a keeper. It is centrally located downtown and walkable to the town square. The common spaces are quite nice as well and the breakfast is a big plus.

Cons:

The cost of valet was high, but we just self parked which was fine. We had a late flight and they couldn’t offer a late check out. (That is a nice option even if it costs a little bit extra, imo.)
