Clean, convenient, easy. First class.
Pros:

Enjoyed that breakfast is available at the hotel. This is extremely convenient. Many breakfast spots downtown don't start until 9 am. Makes for a late start to the day. Very clean rooms. Helpful staff.

Location is perfect for Gay St events (TN Theater, Bijou, Market square)
Cons:

The heat unit when turns on is really noticable and made a noise, waking us up a lot during the night. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
