Pros:

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room. Next to a Safeway for quick groceries if needed. Short drive from downtown.

Cons:

The smell of chlorine in the pool was very strong. Going without a car would be inconvenient.

I would stay here again! Great room, awesome breakfast, nice staff.
Pros:

Joylene was an exceptional front desk person! She made us feel so welcome and had lots of information to hand us about the town such as transportation since we did not have a car, restaurants, and activities.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

My family and I have stayed here a few times and we enjoy the breakfast and the pool/spa facilities. The amenities definitely fit our needs.

Cons:

We really enjoyed our room, but we did not enjoy being on the first floor and being across from a room with dogs. Normally a few of the snowy mountains out the window is better than into someone's Toyota Camry. Additionally, being able to open the door and walk without being barked at by a small but loud dog, would have been nice.

Cons:

You really need to work on the pool area. The smell of chlorine was so over powering it was burning my eyes and throat. When we travel we always look for places with pools to keep our kids entertained but my oldest couldn’t even handle the smell. His eyes were burning and watery. I have never been to a hotel where the smell of chlorine was that bad. There were other parents at the pool complaining as well.

Pros:

We love this place a lot! We have been here once before, and it was still excellent. I think it was really cool that Mary made to go breakfast bags. Enjoy Lynn at the front counter was super sweet and remembered our names the next day, which is also cool. We also really love the outdoor hot tub.

Cons:

We mostly spent our time in the pool and our kids ended up with some kind of an allergic rash. Not sure if that’s just because they’re not used to the chlorine or if the mixture was off. And that’s just an FYI.

We did not use the cleaning staff while we stayed here, but we did try to put some dirty towels in her cart and that made her her frustrated. Sorry if we offended just trying to help out.
