L’emplacement était sympa pas loin de tout;
La chambre était spacieuse, et propre nous avons même était upgrade ! On nous a très bien reçu merci.
Plusieurs piscine, et même un bain pour les plus petits, une salle de jeu aussi c’était génial ! On reviendra sûrement

Nice room, very clean, overall nice hotel but getting a bit dated. Pool was good with slides for kids.

Гостиница как и было указано, всё новое, очень комфортно. Всё супер замечательно, еда отличная, все смогут подобрать себе по вкусу. В комнатах убирают каждый день, воду тоже дают. Есть хороший бассейн для купания и маленький с рыбками которые делают педикюр, Прикольно. Есть тренажёрка кому надо. Рекомендую однозначно.

Персонал на ресепшене отличные и вежливые

Бассейн замечательный, особенно с рыбками которые делают педикюр))) Еда на завтрак достаточно разнообразная, мне всё понравилось! Уборка в комнатах каждый день! Персонал приветливый. Рекомендую посетить этот отель.

Отзывчивый персонал, комнаты большие и чистые комнаты, вкусные завтраки, рядом есть автобусные остановки, магазины и маленькие кафешки, в отеле находится бассейн и джакузи, отличный отдых

Had to leave early because of a medical emergency and am having a hard time getting a refund.
Also, is outdated and people smoking all over the place. It certainly is NOT a 4 or 5 Star hotel.
I am still waiting for approval if a refund

The room is spacious and clean. I like the bathtub and the bed. Value for money.

Overrated. Aims at arty, ends up farty.
Rooms are ok, but lousy equipment (for instance, wall plugs to loose to hold a cellphone charger).
Ok swimming pool, but no towel service.
Good breakfast.
Inside convenience store, but with no marked prices and no receipt available.
And, to finish, personnel at reception and breakfast restaurant trying hard to be as stupid as it is lazy (or the other way around).

The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly, when I asked to change my room, because the view was not what i was expecting, they upgraded me to another room, with a view a lovely view of the harbour. The manager Dylan even kindly arranged for his driver to take me and assist me in getting my pre-departure covid test which was much appreciated. The room has a nice bath you can relax in, and a good shower, the bed was comfortable, I had a good sleep. My only two disappointments, were that the swimming pool was too cold to swim in, as its not heated, I went middle of January, and the rooms were not as soundproof as I would of liked, as you can still hear people in the corridor and noise from other peoples rooms. The resort is quiet and away from the crowds. I would stay there again, and would recommend it.

Beliggenheden var ikke den bedste, det var en militær brandstation lige på den anden side af gaden.
Hotellets morgenmad var 99% kinesisk mad, hvilket i for sig ikke gør noget, men der var ingen vestlige alternativer overhoved.

I love the swimming pool. Perfect for vacation.

We arrived to the hotel on 2nd July in the morning about 11am and immediately got our room. The hotel is beautiful and really modern designs throughout the hotel. Amazing open concept lobby overseeing the pool. The room we had was amazing!!!! Big and beautiful. The bed was the BEST PART OF OUR STAY HERE. Soft , comfortable, big and it feels like you just sink into the bed everytime you lie on it! The room is spacious and beautifully lit, warm tones. The toilet is also nice however , the floor is very slippery they do give you an anti slip mat tho. The food wasnt too bad, decently priced.

There isnt a room service menu in the room so you kinda have to go to the restaurant and take a pic of the menu if you want to order it in your room. The TV was so soft despite being on the maximum volume.. they are missing a sitting area for customers to have their meals in the room. The aircon wasnt too cold but they do have a fan too! The pool was nice and heated!

Breakfast spread wasnt that amazing , pretty basic but their pastries are heavenly!!! I even took one on the way out! They use chopsticks alot , I didn't really see any forks and spoons, maybe you could request for it.

Taxi fare to the hotel from airport is only 60RMB please please please ask them to switch on the meter.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They try their best to communicate in English. They have their Google translator app ready to communicate with guests who do not speak Chinese.

We were very relaxed staying here. Good value for money. We paid sgd300 for 4 nights.

So the positives:
Nice decor
Large open foyer
Clean and tidy
Large bedrooms and bathrooms
Nice pool areas
Decent breakfast with a lot of choice - both western and Chinese
Quiet location
Taxis are cheap to the city and beach
We had the pool to ourselves most days until around 16:30 which was nice

Negatives:
Food and drink is expensive and not great for lunch and dinnee. Half of the drinks listed on the menu are unavailable. 2 restaurants listed, only one was open, number of bars advertised and the only place you could get a drink was the resturant. The lunch and dinner menu was expensive for the quality of the food.

We were told as we were English we couldn't use the shuttle bus as its only for Chinese guests - this would not be acceptable in the UK and came across as rather racist (which was the case in sanya a lot!)

After a few days the pool got a lot algie in it which wasn't properly cleaned so put us off using the pool as much as we would have.

The toilet in the room smelt of urin a lot of the time.

There was a guy from nepal on an internship working in reception and he was fantastic and so helpful and spoke amazing English. The rest of the staff don't speak much English, for us that wasnt a problem as we used a translator app more a heads up to anyone looking to go.

I would recommend this hotel, however it does need to make some changes around how it deals with Western guests, the bar areas and what's available.

This hotel boasts a very modern architecture and furnishings. Almost every little thing is a work of art. Matured and youngster guests will definitely get their interests piqued. The room as expected was spacious and stylish. Everything seems to be in order until I went to use the toilet. There was a disgusting urine smell, like it was not cleaned after the guest before us left. On our second night, we noticed that the bed was not properly made up, the housekeeping just laid the duvet on without tucking and smoothing out the bedsheets underneath. Also, the robes were not even hanged and smoothed out properly. We do not expect hotels to change bedsheets nor robes every day, although that will be ideally nice. We've been to hotels that change bedsheets everyday and place a strip of paper on the toilet seat cover that says "Sanitized".
